This company has the dumbest concept of what ‘virtual’ means. Ordered a visa virtual gift card. Find out the recipient has to have a physical card mailed to them to use it! Or they can trade it in for a different gift card for .99 fee or use Zelle. Then if you use Zelle they charge a 3.99 fee! This company is ridiculous. Will never use it again. If I could return the gift card I would!GiftYa

My sister in law sent me a $20.00 giftya card for Christmas. I was told that if I link my card to a bank account, that I would get $5 more. I linked it, got the credit. I have not used the card at all. (Trying how to make a purchase, and there was no direct purchase link for me to buy something). I just checked my account today and it showed no credit, nor a record of any possible purchases made. I too do not like the ** system they use. There are big advantages to the physical store.GiftYa

Terrible! Spent $500 on gift cards. They advertise digital gift cards and then after purchase want to send physical cards. You can get the funds through zelle, maybe......mine failed so maybe not. This also costs an extra fee. Now they have your money and you have nothing. Refunds take 3-5 business days, which does not fit every budget. Customer service is prompt but useless.GiftYa

If i could give them zero I would. The "gift card" once linked to account , only comes through with my own funds. I dont have the funds to cover the gift card , thus, defies the reason why I was gifted the funds to buy food. If I had the money in my bank I wouldn't need this ridiculous card. The business model is dishonest and manipulative. Is obvious that they are recycling the funds through their bank loop holes to make profit off the gift card by refunding money 4-7 days AFTER the purchase . This makes no sense. This is disgusting.GiftYa

Do not give these people your money. My sister purchased a gift card for me as a Christmas gift. When I got the text message saying I could activate my gift card I was excited. When I tried to redeem my gift card the web page said technical error occurred. I chatted with somebody and they disconnected from me without helping me. Then I emailed them for help I was told they couldnt find any record of the gift card. Then they said our site is having technical difficulties I never heard from them again. I never got the gift card. I told my sister to dispute the charge- so she did. Please do not give Giftya any money they will lie like they are going to help you but they never get back to you. There are no real customer service support only automated computer responses .GiftYa

I attempted to purchase Christmas gift cards. Two attempts were made for each gift with two separate payment methods listed. Each time I received a confirmation email that gifts were purchased, I immediately received a second email saying my orders were cancelled. You can not speak to a customer representative, just an automated voice response which is of no use whatsoever. I believe this company to be some sort of scam. At any rate they are not a reliable source to purchase e-gifts.************** *********GiftYa

My supervisor sent me a Gift Ya card, and I never received the text. He forwarded me the email, and I can clearly see my phone number is correct. I cannot reach anyone to help me get this resolved, their help desk chat and phone number is robots that never connect to a live person. Its $50!!! Someone help me!!GiftYa

I received a gift card through Giftya. When I try to activate they ask *********** number so they can send me a code. I did this and they sent me the code and when i try to enter it I am unable to enter it. I tried at least 5 times. i then called them on the phone and they have an automated system and no option to speak to a real person. Also, their automated system does not even give you an option to solve the problem. When you try to enter the code in the space provided, it doesnt allow you to enter it. You,********** and click on it and nothing happens. A good company has a customer service department with real,people to help you with any issues. This company leaves a very bad impression.GiftYa

The site charges $1.95 for their services but when the recipient receives the "gift card" they have to apply the credit to one of their existing credit cards. Why? I wanted the recipient to receive a gift card from the store I selected.GiftYa
