    So I found out about giftya on about Nov 8th other 8th of 2023. Everything was working good at 1st. I was able to make my 1st purchase with no problem, but then when I wanted to make a second purchase the purchase went through but then it was cancel. I wasn't giving no explanation why it was cancel but this right here when I contacted support and the emailed me back, "We apologize for this inconvenience.Your order was canceled because we were unable to verify certain (1) order, (2) payment, and/or (3) delivery information.When we cant verify this information, we are unable to process your purchase.Your payment card may have been authorized for the amount of your purchase. This authorization is not a charge and will automatically be removed from your statement. You may verify with your payment card issuer that we have not completed a charge to your account. Depending on your card issuer, this will be reflected on your account within 3-7 business days. You dont have to take any action to remove the authorization.Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience." And they said also in the mix of the email "Future orders from this account will not be accepted" and its frustrating because yall take the money off my account then after that it take basically a week for me to get my money back but be quick to take it. I even tried making a new account like a customer rep told me to do on a different phone and I still got the same email. It's very frustrating because I thought I found an easier solution to send egift cards to like my daughter and etc but can't even do it or buy them any more. I don't know what can be done because talking to the people through email is like having a robot repeat it self over and over again. I want to use this bad but can't. This is ridiculous and I feel it should be fixed some way some how. It would be nice if someone could contact me back about this. Order number:#GYC-896784

    I purchased an e-gift card for my daughter-in-law, and I thought it was for *****. My son called me and said he would have to enter a credit card number or account number to receive the funds. This is not the way it is portrayed in the website. I am calling my bank tomorrow and disputing my payment to you. I want a full refund. This is all very disappointing.

    I purchased 2 Sunoco gift cards to have sent immediately. They took over an hour to arrive by text. When they were opened there was not an option to use them as an eGift card. You had to activate with a credit card. That seems backwards to me. One of the gift cards was supposed to be turned into a Zelle payment (subtracted a fee of course), and the other one was changed into a **** gift card, with the promise it will arrive in 2-9 days well see. This is not a friendly or easy to use system and is in fact very suspicious.

    I had one for a gift card from this company and I was actually flooded company over hundreds of dollars . Thinking the gifts were working. I called the company Giftya and they gave me this store telling me that I had put ***** dollars in 4different family members gift card and then when they went to use it, it said it was a zero balance calling the company and they had said that the gift cards can only be used if they leave their cards what we charge them an additional three dollars and they would have to wait 48 to 72 hours to use it even with putting it into your checking account link to the card which cost you an additional three dollars This doesnt make sense. This company is complete fraud and wish I could get my money due to that fact, I was scammed out of $207.80 from March 2023 through , June 2023 do not recommend this company at all !!!!

    This is a fake gift card. The person that gets the gift has to use their credit or debit card for the purchase and then gift. You promises to refund them. I want a refund. As for you telling everybody that they didn't make support tickets, you tell everybody on your website and on the phone that you don't offer refunds

    My tech challenged mother sent me one for my birthday. Within seconds of activating it, I started receiving spam texts left and right. This company is awful. Hey boomers, just buy a regular legit gift card!

    I hate this gift card company. My mom sends these to me for her grandchildren and I absolutely hate it. I cant send to them so I have to be present or they have to have my phone and I cant always be there. The worst aggravation I have is the amount of junk mail and texts I get because of these. I never had junk mail like this since she started sending these and I finally got it under control from Christmas and here we go again 6 months later another one and now more junk emails. I asked her to stop sending these third party gift cards idk why she has to send from them when all stores have their own gift cards.

    Ordered a gift card, within minutes they texted and said it was sent, but the person I sent it to, did not get it. When I got home from work (7 hours later) it still was not delivered. I went to call them and they had only choices of buttons to push--none were about "gift card not received". I finally left a text, and they texted back saying my order was canceled, but I wouldn't get my refund for 3 -4 days!!! WTF?? Worst business EVER. Do not fall for it.

    If you read their terms of service, you allow them to monitor and share with third parties, information about ALL of your purchases and activity, even after you have used their card.My daughter in law is unsure how she ended up on the giftya website since she started on the Ulta website. This is the worst terms of service I have read for an ******** company.
