    The order below was never received. Per their selection process the three gift cards totalling $150.00 were converted to three $50 dollar **** Gift cards. These gift cards were never received.

    My mother thought she was buying a GrubHub gift card, and instead she found this website. I tried to activate my gift card, and I received a text saying that it was processing. Then the website said "pending," and now it won't even let me click on any of the links to access the card. Because I have no gift card code, I have no way of contacting grub hub about this. Basically my card is in limbo, and the customer service for ************************** says that they can't take calls about individual merchant cards. So it sounds like this money is just lost, which is absolutely despicable of **************************.

    I obviously know how to log into my account. I have been doing this for the past two days. When I log into my account I am not able to get any information about my e-gift card, I am not able to activate it, and I am not able to do anything to receive it. The website keeps giving me an error message. You need to fix this or immediately give me my money back.

    07/19/2024 I purchased what I thought was an eGift card to H and M. I used my **** Debit card and after I gave my information and placed the order I received an email stating my Perfectgift card was pending. The $50.00 was taken out of my bank account. I waited a week or so to hear from my son-in law. I decided to check and he stated he did not receive anything, so I tried sending the information to my daughter and she informed me that I may have been scammed and told me to stop sharing the link I stopped by H and M in ************** store in ***************, ******** they informed me that they were not affiliated with this company. I went to my credit union and they told me since I authorized the charged they could not cancel the transaction. I decided to look online tonight and typed in A-1 and I discovered that there had been several complaints against the company with the BBB and decided to see if you all could help me get my money back. I tried attaching the emails from them but it is all scrambled. I can forward the emails once I here form someone at the BBB

    Trying to redeem a gift card through Perfectgift.com. Their website doesn't load properly, last attempts to get help resulted in more and more excuses and a waste of my time. Even telling me that the **** eats had to resolve somehow.

    I ordered a ***** gift card for $6 but it wont actually let me claim the gift!!! Just loop holes after loop holes to actually get my gift card. Do NOT use this business

    Our support team have been actively engaging with you on ticket 563868. They took 7 mins to reply to your support request and communicated that due to the gifting nature of our product, a Perfect Gift is unredeemable when self-gifted.

    We offered to send to new recipient or process a refund. You selected a refund and that was processed. We subsequently sent you confirmation. communication regarding the refund.
     
    Processing fees will be retained. Refunds will be reflected on your account again within 3-7 business days from the date of cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused you.

    I purchased an e-gift card from Perfect Gifts LLC as a Mothers Day present, expecting the process to be simple and straightforwardjust purchase, send, and use. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but.After numerous hoops and an overly complicated registration process, the recipient finally received the e-gift card. However, when they attempted to use it, the store had no idea what it was or how to process it. The gift card was essentially useless.I contacted Perfect Gifts LLC to request a refund, explaining that the product I purchased did not work and was not accepted by the store. They refused to issue a refund, insisting that since the card was sent, they fulfilled their obligationeven though the product they delivered doesnt work as intended.They suggested the recipient go back and register again, a process that takes over 30 minutes and still doesnt guarantee the card will be usable. The recipient is understandably frustrated and no longer wants to deal with it. The fact that they require such a complicated process for a digital gift cardand then provide zero support when it doesnt workshows they dont intend for these cards to be used at all.This feels like a deceptive business practice. Im requesting a full refund for a product that does not work and that the recipient cannot and will not use.

    I bought a $25 gift card and ************************ sent it to my brother. He could not open it. I called and they told me to have him call and he called and they told him to have me call so we both called and they put me on hold twice and then transferred me to another company entirely. And then they did it again when we called back the second time. We were scammed.

    I ordered an egiftcard for T.J. Max yet PerfectGift did not send either the egiftcard nor was it for T.J. Max. They tried to make the redeemer sign up on their website and then use the credit for other items or options. No egiftcards were available at all and nothing for T.J. Max. Almost every option for how to spend the money charged an additional user fee. This is not what I ordered or paid for. Please reimburse in full.

    I was sent a gift card. It did not work as described when used for **** eats so i then just requested a physical gift card be mailed to me. I never received it. There is no customer service you cannot get anyone to help you. I am out a $25 gift card that was gifted to me. They want you to jump through 100 hoops to get 25 dollars. Do not do business with this company just go buy a gift card to gift to someone. They are the middle man for no reason.

    I ordered a $150.00 DoorDash gift card however the recipient is having difficulty actually accessing the card and using it and keeps getting error messages.
