    GS National and/or Gateway Strategies is an Insurance Field Marketing Organization in the state of PA. I am an independent health agent whom has a carrier contract from Kaiser Permanente with this company. I have called this company numerous of times and they will not return my call. I have had commissions paid to me in access of $1,0000 that this company has not paid out to me. I have also filed a second complaint with the PA DOI. This is the only contract I hold with this company and I am requesting to be paid the current commissions that are owed, as well as ongoing commissions for the annual renewals. I am also requesting to be released from this current contract immediately. If there is any additional information needed to support this complaint, please let me know. ***** ******** ***** ******** * **********************

    In response to the complaint, the broker did not recertify
    for Kaiser Permanente prior to 12/31/2022. There were numerous attempts by GS
    National to contact the broker. Multiple emails were sent to the broker to inform
    him of the carrier requirement. Per the Kaiser contract and policy, the broker must
    remain appointed and ready to sell to receive renewal commissions. The broker
    was not ready to sell in January 2023; therefore, renewal commissions were not
    paid to GS National on behalf of the broker. There are no outstanding commissions
    due to the broker.
