      I ordered Hoka shoes through their ******** store. I never received them and when I went back to check on order tracking information and store had disappeared. Scam for sure.

      If I could give 0 or less I would. Did not receive shoes purchased and could not reach anyone by phone or web messaging. Scammers! Later saw similar ads for same shoes but under a different company name. Buyers beware!

      I have the same complaint. I ordered shoes April 12th, 2023, and have not received my order. I cannot get anyone to answer emails, texts, or phone calls.

      Just like everyone else I also purchased 2 pairs of Hey Dude shoes from this place, this Binn Trading on April 9th,2023. And have not heard anything back. I tried calling but said the mailbox was full, so I sent a email. Again no response.

      They are scammers. On March 21, 2023 I ordered Hey Dude shoes from them At that time they were calling themselves Hey Dudes. They took my money and I got nothing. My daughter ordered 5 pairs of shoes and got nothing. Do not order from this company.

      I think this is a scam. I ordered four pair of Hey Dude shoes from this company on 4/13/2023. They received payment from my credit card. I never received the shoes. Tried to contact the company with no avail. I will be contacting the credit card to try and retrieve my money. Please look into this company. Bad deal. They should be prosecuted.

      I placed an order for 2 pairs of hey dudes. I received a confirmation number and tracking number. It shows they were delivered but they have Not been. Ive tried to email them with no response. This is a scam.

      I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 03/27/2023 and they confirmed my payment and even gave me a tracking number ending with CN and after waiting for 20 days their tracking page said the package is delivered but nothing has arrived. I emailed them two times including to the named CEO *************** so to refund me or to deliver my order but they didn't bother to respond. This company is established in 2022-12-29 and I wonder how many like me unsuspecting buyers are being robbed. This company looks very genuine except that it doesn't have a telephone number, it is a legally registered fraudulent company. They are also using several email addresses.

      I placed an order with this company the end of January 2023. I have emailed 4 times tried to call and the phone line has been disconnected. Also I have not received any responce from this company as to where my order is.. They gave me a tracking & order number. Both state, my order has shipped. This website is a SCAM! They are doing business with HEY DUDE SHOES.
