    The worst company ever I ordered glasses since January for my boyfriends 50th birthday party in February they shipped it to the wrong address ******* told me that they will refund me she say ***** after 2 weeks her respond was she cant Zelle she also blame my bank yep my bank so we agree on I order other products to replace the lost items so my niece birthday in May and my brother birthday June no contact from her since April so my boyfriend birthday, my niece birthday and my brother birthday coming soon and no glasses I think that this company should be charged for taking people money and not delivering the products so be on disgusted with them I am going to report *******

    I feel this company is a total scam! I ordered 150 Koozies. They sent me a tracking email they kept saying *** doesnt have possession of the item yet. After one week I emailed the company. She said shes trying to figure out what happen to my order. Then I emailed a week later for update and she stated they ran out of koozies and are waiting for a shipment. Still waiting and no response now.

    Do NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! Read the reviews as I should have prior to this nightmare. They give you the run around or don't even contact you if there is an issue that arises and there WILL be issues that arise. I have not gotten my product but they were quick to run my credit card, even before I was able to confirm the proof!DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

    BUYER BEWARE Ordered 180 wine glasses for a corporate party. Let me tell you, the lack of customer service is beyond mind-blowing - not in a good way. Order placed on 11/20 - said that I will get notification when shipped. On 11/30 - inquired when my ordered will be shipped, and ******** responded with "Order will be shipped out in a few days to be delivered by 12/10" and they had to wait for a shipment hat got delayed.On 12/8/24 - I decided to look at the tracking # that was provided on 12/2/24, which i come to find out that the order was NEVER shipped.. I sent another email to ******** asking if this will still be shipped on time as it looks like it was never even received by UPS.On 12/9/24 - she replies that she is checking to see what is going on with my order and that they are completely out of wine glasses. At this point all of my trust in this company is gone.. ******** then replies she can get me my order by Friday, 12/13/24. I cannot even take that this can be possible due to the previous issues, and as a result, tell her to cancel our order and fully refund us. Extreme lack of professionalism and customer support. She stated they are a small company, and they are able to fulfill the order by 12/13 --- how do you expect your consumer to trust you after all the other issues?!. I get it, but then you should not be accepting orders that you cannot fulfill on time. We had a corporate Holiday Party and needed this by a deadline. I ended up having to go with a previous company we used and spent more money. Do not waste your time with them, it is best to spend a little more money knowing that you can trust a vendor. You cannot trust this one. The rest of the reviews say it all as well.

    This company is horrible. We ordered from here back in July. Our latest delivery date was September 19th. Emailed with ******** **** than 10 times regarding the order and I kept getting sorry we will get your delivery to you by this week, sorry for any inconvenience but would never receive the shipment. Got a notification from *** that a tracking ID was created over a week ago but *** still does not have possession of the item. I have asked for a refund of my order and if not, I will pursue legal action. Please keep your money and stay away from this company. DO NOT order from here.

    Order was refunded promptly as per your request. On September 27th you agreed to order being delivered within a week. 2 days later you read posts here and decided to cancel order. Please don't jump to conclusions based on one sided negative rants posted here. You could have had our bestseller favors in hand by now.

    I placed an order with them on August 3rd. The due date was September 5th but the website advises the order will be completed 15 days after approval and that will be delivered between 2 and 7 business days after completion. They didn't sent anything for approval until I emailed them requesting updates on August 13. I inquired about lead time they assured it would arrive by due date on September 5th. The order apparently is done. I received an email on September 2nd with a tracking number. I have contacted them regarding the shipping and they are still trying to figure out why UPS still don't have my package. They seem to be extremely irresponsible with orders. At this point my order hasn't shipped and I am not sure I will receive by the time of the event.

    Order was delivered on September 16th before 18th deadline set by customer **************************************************************************************************** Customer is happy with sunglasses delivered and wants to remove this review. Customer informed us ******************** is not allowing them to remove this review. There is also no response from BBB about their request to remove review.

    I am happy with my order and customer support was great. I ordered both wine and shot glasses for my wedding. I got my proof and they worked with me until I was happy with the print. Order shipped sooner than expected, everything looks great. They used a lot of cushion and nothing arrived broken.

    Id give zero stars if that was an option sadly its not. This company by far had the worst customer service ever I placed an order on July 12 order# ********. I received a confirmation email Ive reached out multiple times to see when my order would be shipping and if it would arrive on time for my wedding September 16 havent gotten a response. Guess what it still hasnt arrived and I had to reorder from another provider. People dont give this company your money they are ripping you off.

    Sinceramente "DESASTROZO"Sinceramente "DESASTROZO". A pesar de que explicamos que eran productos para una boda, que lo ordenamos con el tiempo suficiente ...NO cumplieron!Le cimicimos seguimiento para tener todo controlado y hasta el ulyimo minuto dejeron que cumplirian sin embargo hace apenas unas horas cancelaron la orden por no poder cumplir.No es recomendable contar con ellos porque no son formales ni respetuosos

    I placed an order for personalized sunglasses for my daughters schools 8th grade graduation on May 6.. I asked for a tracking which was given ( may 26) but kept following and it stated delivery not picked up. I emailed numerous times and kept being told it was sent, they weren't sure what happened. Finally June 16 I was told that they were delivered somewhere locally to them but unfortunately the people were away at there destination wedding. ( like how would they know that) they asked if I wanted them shipped the next week or a refund. I needed them for June 22 so asked for a refund as they couldn't guarantee I would have them in time. on June 19th I was told I would have a refund. Today is august 4th and I have never received a refund. I have emailed numerous times with no return email. My own bank has just issued me a refund. My emails went back and forth a total of 16 times and I remained calm and respectful but at this point all I'm going to say is STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!
