      I was so impressed with their service. They came the next day after an evening call and fixed my water heater quickly and explained everything thoroughly. Very professional from call to service. Highly recommend!

      Highly incompetent! My bathroom sink was draing slowly. The plumber used a drill on the sink which caused a leak into my pantry. He cut a hole in the ceiling and left a bucket in the pantry to catch the water. He also was to change the washer in the faucet on the tub. He reversed the entire mechanism,so that the hot water emblem was on the left,and the cold water emblem was on the right. I can no longer get hot water in my tub,only **** warm water. He also said the scew was missing to the faucet to the tub. Which happened when he attempted to change the washer. I no longer have access to my sink, and can't enjoy my bath. The owner nor the plumber have not corrected the shoddy work. They were under contract with Home Serve.

      It was not a drill that was used to unclog the sink but a electric snake, and the piping was old and corroded. When the tech used the drain cleaner it put a hole in the pipe which does happen due to the age of the pipe. We then had to send an estimate over to the home warranty in order to make a larger repair to the drain. and yes we did have to put a bucket there until the home warranty approved the repair, but when dealing with a home warranty you have to have approval prior to moving forward. The drain line has been repaired and the tech was sent out after the owner went out to see what the issue was with the faucet, however sometimes faucets can not be repaired. If the customer's faucet needs to be replaced the home warranty does not cover replacements of faucets only repairs. That is usually the issue with customer complaint's not everything is covered through their home warranty to their expectations and as fast as they want thing to proceed.

Polite, Came In My Home Did The Job, asked if there was anything else they could do, Thanked me, Smiled And Left. I will request them anytime I need a plumber.
