      *** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY *** This is without question the worst excuse I've EVER seen for a plumbing company. I was referred to them by a water heater company so I called them to fix a leak from a broken pipe. They are a family company & the son *** came by, looked at the problem & said he'd be back with his father *****. About 3 hrs. later they came back, seemed to fix the problem and charged $400. They later emailed the receipt to me which consisted of their name, my name and the amt of $400 - THAT'S IT. In order to try to get a water leak credit from the water & sewerage companies I needed an itemized statement. I called ***** & told him that I needed their statement/receipt to reflect what they did, the parts that were used along with the qty & price + the price of labor, how long the warranty was for, etc....an itemized statement. Never got a reply so I texted him 3 weeks later - no reply. Emailed him - no reply. Texted yet again 3 weeks later explaining that this was the only way I could recoup some of the almost $500+ I lost. He said he could 'try to see me over the weekend & write up what I wanted him to say' (??) so I sent him 2 receipts from other plumbers I've used so he would have examples. I also texted his son who said I'd have something that night but I received nothing. ***** was supposed to call the next day, 6/7, to discuss (why??) but he didn't. Because of their utter incompetence I am unable to get a credit for my massive water bill and if something should happen to the work done on 4/1/24, there is nothing on their "receipt" that even mentions a warranty - it looks like something a 9 yr old printed up. ***** had mentioned that it was an easy repair....why then did it take 2 people to fix and why cost $400?? They only replaced 1 small pipe. Exactly how much was I charged for labor?? They are amoral, unethical & will not respond to calls, emails or texts once they've gotten their initial payment. Look them up on **** for more reviews.
