    I published my first book with this company in February of 2024 and now the business is permanently closed. I was not notified that they were closing. All sales of my book are handled through their company and I have no access to my royalties at this time. I have no way of getting a solution and need help!

    Good Morning, I used this company to publish my first book, after it made it to ****** publishing and my family/friends ordered a copy the company disappeared with the costs paid for publishing ($3000) and all subsequent processeds from the book. I have a contract from them-for what its worth. i also kept the receipts.

    I paid $399 for full publication of my book onto 17 sites. This was not done. I paid $29 seperately for an ISBN number for my book. This was not done.They took down their web and are no longer communicating.

    They broke their contract and advised they will issue a refund. After numerous calls, texts, and e/mails, and messages on their webpage asking when I can expect my $1699.00 refund, since they chose to break the contract, and are the ones that offered a refund, they are ghosting me now. Not returning any form of contact about my refund. I've begged, pleaded, and done everything they asked and now they won't communicate on when I can expect my money back, that I paid in good faith. They were very communitive asking for my money and now they have it they are **** I paid and they chose to break the contract. They shouldn't have the right to keep my money nor refuse tell me when I'm getting it back.

    I contacted Book Writer Corner to publish my book. Initially, I paid 200 dollars to edit and review my work. I then paid 300 dollars to start illustrations for the book. I had my own illustrations but needed help finalizing the main characters. I was working with a project manager named *****, but I kept sending ideas for character and nothing would come of it. The goal was to finish the book by September of 2024. One day, after not hearing from ***** for a while a manager name Tajir said he was taking over the project because they had to let go of *****. At this point I told him I was really disappointed and I wanted my money back. He assured me he would work on this project. He took my project and apologized. He proceeded to help me with the main characters. I would send my ideas and photos, but nothing was coming of I. Finally, I was happy with the main character and he proceeded with the second ********** Then in the beginning of Feb. 2025, he said that he had to leave the country for a while and would leave someone else in charge. I have sent emails and no one has bothered to answer my email. That is why I am reaching out to you. I hope to hear from you to resolve this matter. Thank you,*. *********

     I received an email from book writer on March 23, 2025, that they were going to close their doors and that they would be issuing me a full refund in April.  Since then, I have not heard back from the company. They asked for my Zelle info/Bank info to refund my money, but since then they have not contacted me to see if they received my information. Can you find out when they will be issuing my refund?

    I signed a contract with Bookwriter's Corner to have my book published by them. As part of their own contract, they state that they will provide a monthly sales report. It is now August; my book was published in MAY and I have not received a single report or any compensation for the sale of my books. Additionally, they are allowing 3rd parties to sell my book. I also purchased 30 copies for my own files, and never received my books. This place is clearly a scam.

Concerning third-party sales, we would like to clarify that these are managed by Amazon, and unfortunately, they are beyond our control. You can find more information on Amazon’s policy ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** To resolve this issue, we have advised you to migrate your book into your KDP account in order to provide you complete access to your account and you can sort this thing with Amazon yourself.

    Regarding the 25 author copies you ordered (not 30), these are sent directly by Amazon. We have provided a screenshot from Amazon showing the estimated delivery, and we sincerely apologize for any delays.

    Additionally, since we have unpublished the book from our end, we will be collecting the royalties from Amazon and will send you the earnings by the 10th of September.
    Please note that when a book is unpublished, there is no need to wait for royalties to reach the $250 threshold. Whatever royalties your book has earned will be disbursed within 30 days from the unpublishing date. The reason you have not yet received the royalties is that your current earnings amount to $48.72, which we have previously shared with you.

    I have had an update from the business, threatening to SUE me for reporting them for bad business practices. Please see the attached.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below: the screenshots you have received are fabricated. Please review the documentation I have attached during which I repeatedly ask for updates and am repeatedly ignored. The statement that I received monthly reports is patently untrue, and it was only after threatening this company with legal action that they complied in accordance with their own policies. I am not seeking any monies or retribution here, I just want would be customers of this fraudulent enterprise to know what they are getting into- this business is a total scam. I told the owner of this business multiple times I was not satisfied and he had plenty of opportunity to make things right. I warned him I would be filing a complaint. It's funny how only after I have finally formed a complaint he becomes responsive. Don't allow this guy to sucker anyone else. I am also attaching screenshots of a text conversation where Brian W***** is attempting to get me to give him access to my Kindle Direct account after he instructed me to put my banking information in there- You can see I am refusing but what kind of scam is this?! I can't add any screenshots in this portal but I have it all if someone can provide me an email or a portal that actually works.

    The customer agreed to the proposed solution, which led us to proceed with republishing the book through the customer’s own Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account. The book is now available at this KDP link * ***********************************************************************************


    Furthermore, the customer has been provided with her royalties, and we have attached a screenshot of the payment transaction as proof. Additionally, the 25 author copies that the customer ordered were delivered via Amazon, and we have included the proof of delivery and the corresponding screenshot.

    We find it troubling that our business, which has fulfilled all contractual obligations and provided the services and products as ordered, is being labeled as a scam.

    We have made every effort to resolve the customer's concerns and have delivered on all promises.
