    I was charged for trave time, even though I had cancel the appointment. Person on phone did not listen to full story and said invoice is correct, when I asked to provide phone call log, she laugh at me on phone, and expect me to not be rude at her. I had called two more times, it times they hang up on me, witout listening the full story. I had asked to talked with manager, and said she is not available, I asked to have a manager call back, but employee said she will not call back, and flat away denied to get my information and hang up again. They asked to provide screen shot of my phone call log, but when I asked to provide they laugh at me, and I also had mention I left voicemail and someone from office called it and I had denied and cancel service P.S. - Yes I was rude with them after lady started laghing at me on phone, plus when I called second time, I can her a lady laughing at me in background.
