    During 2023 I gave Michael G***** $15,000 and later $4,000 to invest through Honeycomb Credit in a Rockfish Rest. ,in Aurora. I never receiver any paper work, or E-mail to confirm anything. Worst is Honeycomb Credit sent a 1099 form to IRS and no paper copy to me, which is required by law to be sent by January 31. Then Amber at Honeycomb Credit claims she E-mailed it to be January 31, but to the wrong E-mail address.I have already done my taxes , and this is un-executable. I think fraud is clearly happening with both Rockfish and Honeycomb. Honeycomb promises they will have the COO get in touch directly with me , and I am still waiting. Please HELP ME!

    The customer reached out to our team on Monday, March 25, 2024 asking to change his email address on file. He had invested in an offering on our platform in May 2023, where he signed up using an email address and successfully made an investment. We have been sending correspondence and adding files to his Documents folder on his account to the email address he used to sign up on our platform.

    Our customer service representative spoke with him promptly via phone and email, where the customer was able to sign in with the updated email address. He asked for his tax documents, including the 2023 1099-INT, that was added into his account in January 2024. Our team had initially sent an email to him on January 31, 2024 to let him know the documents were uploaded into his Documents folder on his account.

    On March 27, he asked for a paper copy to be mailed to him, and our Investor Relations Manager mailed a copy to him on this date, as well as sent the documents to him again electronically. The customer asked to speak to our COO and Co-Founder, who called him on March 29.

    The customer reiterated his concerns about his email address to our COO. He used the wrong email in set-up, instead of his preferred email. He was expecting, but never received, notices to the preferred email.  Additionally, the customer received the a voting link to determine next steps for the defaulted business. The customer elected to enforce collections proceedings against the defaulted business. All investors will receive a notice next week asking them to elect a successor admin agent.

    As of Monday March 25, his email address was updated and he will now be able to receive correspondence from us. Our team did everything possible to address the customer’s concerns and assist him, and we hope that we can resolve this issue now that the preferred email address is on the account so the customer can receive notices and log into his account accordingly.
