      I have had to hold payment AND get a new card from my bank. They find a way to bill you. I got a CPAP machine and supplies, but returned them due to its many instructions. I never opened the case. The told me to keep the accessories. Received a separate bill for the accessories - they never told me the cost was separate from the machine. Then I received an invoice for $296.53 for, in their words, use if the CPAP machine! They put the cost to my insurance company; the cost after deductible for the year. I can't even contact the medical supplies company directly. It's a non stop runaround!
      And they tried to withdraw my money on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON!
      If I don't receive a call from the medical supply company by the end of the day on 2/6/23, or get further harassed, I am going to find an attorney and sue the hell out of AdaptHealth

      Chris came all the way from Summerville to deliver a charger for my baby’s machine!!! Exceptional customer service!!!! That made my day to finally have someone so nice go out of the way for my preemie baby & made sure everything was working correctly before he left!! If I could give 10 stars i would!!!

      Called to cancel an order with verbal confirmation. But order arrives unexpectedly. Called again to return. Has not received shipping label that should be sent out within 24 hours after the phone call.

      I was hospitalized last year for 3 days, and the therapist and I decided I only needed a walker (which I barely needed). However the ***** ****** rep left both a walker and bedside commode which was never documented to be a need. I also never signed off on it because I was at an MRI when he arrived. So I didn't have time to sign off on it. Otherwise I wouldn't have. Now I am stuck with a bill that is not justified. The ***** Rep was likely in a rush, but he had no right to sign for me. I have thousands of dollars in medical bills that I owe, so it all adds up. I am reporting this company to every place I can. I am also a healthcare provider so I know how all this stuff works. ***** ****** has unethical practices.

      My Cpap mask broke, enabling it unusable. I ordered Cpap supplies from Adapt Health on December 27. I was told it could take 7 days to receive my order. I called after 10 days to follow up and was told my order was not filled due to the incorrect information I was given regarding insurance and a doctor visit (by more than 2 people). After contacting my doctor and the insurance company I was informed that there was no reason my order should not have been filled. I spent all day on January 20 trying to get a resolution and was given the runaround by multiple employees, transferring me to the wrong departments. I was treated rudely and made to feel my issue was not of any importance. I thought I finally had a resolution on January 20. My order was to be filled and sent overnight mail. Today is January 27, ONE WHOLE MONTH AFTER my initial order and I'm still waiting for an email to inform me it's on it's way. This whole time I have been without my Cpap machine, creating a serious health issue. I have found Adapt Health to be terrible in the information they give out. Their customer service is severely lacking if not outright uncaring and rude. One person, named Jenna, sounded like she was either asleep or distracted. When I informed her the seriousness of my issue she offered me one word answers to my questions. And when I asked for a supervisor she transferred me to billing. The worst experience I have ever had with a vendor and I'm 67 years old. Still waiting in Syracuse.
      I could never find out what office my complaint should go to. I was denied that information every time I asked. Zero stars.

      This has been the most horrific company I have ever done business with. There are issues with the service they provide, they products they try to push and the post billing that seems to never end despite ending business with them months ago.
      When I first went to get my CPAP, they told me the AirSense was available. When I showed up they tried charging me for the AirSense but wanted to give me some knockoff brand. I refused to take the knockoff despite their being upset. This was 12/8/2021.
      We had hit a family out of pocket maximum in 2021. I should have owed nothing for supplies or CPAP, but magically bills started showing up after the first of the year, which is when they started billing the insurance company (2/16).
      CPAP.com sells the nosepieces I use for $22 ea, Healthline billed $45 each. For a CPAP, 12 nose pieces, 2 heating tubes, water tub, 6 filters, 2 headgear, 6 nasal pillows, they have billed the insurance company $3338.43 and only collected insurance payments of $56.29 despite the bulk of the cost was incurred in December 2021 when I was already covered at 100%
      They have sent me a detail itemized bill which is how I know the dates. They also say that I rented the CPAP for months before purchase. Why would I do that when I had already been wearing a CPAP for years and the reason for the new one was that the DreamStation was recalled. My doctor already had all of my usage data from my old machine. They knew I used it daily.
      Simply put, this company is a predatory business that prays on people. We have asked them, multiple times, to stop calling about reorders, yet they call regularly...almost weekly. I finally called them when I received an invoice, for the first time, today...stating that I owe $277.92 from things they billed in Feb of 2022, despite the actual bills being from 2021 when I was covered.
      My believe is that they scam anyone who blindly pays every invoice as they are in fear of a credit hit.
