      I am not a fan. They will never tell you what time the technician will arrive at your home. I called @ 8:50am to inform them that my mom's bed has dropped screws, bolts, nuts. We feel it is unsafe for her to be in it. They will not give an estimated time of arrival. My mom is in end-stage dementia, We use a hoyer lift to transfer her from bed to wheelchair and back. It is now 5:00pm and no one has called to inform us what time the technician is coming to repair her bed/frame. She is 87 years old and has been sitting in this wheelchair since 8:30am this morning. I don't feel this company's process work for the patients and caregivers. I don't believe they genuinely care about their customer. Please fix this problem. I should be turning her every two hours and we can't even get the bed fixed in a timely manner.

      This company is financially irresponsible and possibly criminal. We used them and they randomly charged bills to our credit card that they could not explain that far exceeded amounts due. We terminated our relationship with them and got bills for expenses they couldn't explain. Our final payment to them was by check and they billed us for the same payment after it was deposited. We reached out and sent them a copy of our cancelled check showing that the final bill was paid and even sent them a copy of the cancelled check including documentation that they cashed it. In spite of that evidence they kept sending us bills for that amount. We called and spoke to multiple people who did not resolve the issue. We were told that a supervisor "was working on it" and would get back to us. The next correspondence was from a collection agency!!! We are still waiting for them to resolve the issue. This company is financially taking advantage of the elderly (read all the 1 star reviews) and I would recommend they be avoided.

      I have been a client for less than two weeks and have received three invoices via email and instructed to click on link to register for invoices details. Links does not work. finally spoke with a representative who sent me a link. Invoices do not explain the charges.Told not to worry about it because amount will be charged to the insurance company and the balance will be charged to the credit card that they have on file. Amount that will be charged to my account is three times the monthly amount quoted. Adapt Health does not know the meaning of "customer service". Not a company that I will continue to do business with.

      Attempting to pay my bills online feels impossible with www.fletchermedical.com not working and then getting different invoices in the mail citing another website aerocareusa.hmebillpay.com. Once ******** my account information with one of my invoice#. The balance they show is $0 so I cannot pay anything. But they are sending debt collectors after me LOL.It is 2023. Paying a bill online should not be this difficult

      They don't care about patient care, billing insurance comes first second and third and the actual supplies and training are an afterthought at best.

      Worse than Apria. They billed the wrong place so after 3 months they put me on hold for 20 minutes twice. AARP UiteHealtcare got involved so I'll get a CPAP in another month. Why do insurers keep dealing with such crap companies?!?! Shut them down.

      ZERO STARS! Absolutely the worst company I've ever had to work with. They push getting more supplies than I actually need. They try to charge more than they bill medicare if Medicare doesn't cover it. Customer service is the worst ever. Dont even try to get ahold of anyone who knows what they're talking about

      AdaptHealth of Cambridge Minnesota has served us well. Steve Johnson made a special delivery on a Friday night when I recognized that my husband's tubing and nasal cannula needed replacing. Steve is informative, pleasant and cooperative. Megan, who took my call and works in the office understood the need and immediately dispatched Steve to our home so that my 89-year old husband could have consistent service for his medical health needs. I am so please with the professionality, consideration and compassion of this company and feel that we are blessed to be able to have this service.

      This has been a terrible experience. I had to go through a "local"company who is really owned by AdaptHealth to get my CPAP machine. I was quoted (and verified with insurance) a rental fee of $7/mo for 10 months. I set up a credit card auto-pay so I wouldn't forget such a small payment. After two months, I was billed over $140 and I put a stop to auto-pay.
      After hours on the phone with reps from the "local" company, Aerocare Home Medical Equipment, (who is really) "All American Oxygen, Inc" which is the company owned by AdaptHealth. I was told my bill was sent to collections. I haven't even used my machine for 6 months and I'm in the hole $140 that was taken from my credit card, plus another $140 that is now in collections and I just received the December bill.
      The billing department phone centers are just trash. I feel sorry for the people who work there. This is an absolute profit driven company with no morals and obligation to those they serve. There are reasons why they hide behind parent companies.
      We'll have to do this the hard way. Filing complaints, leaving reviews and fighting the collections. I'll waste as much of their time and money as they've wasted of mine.
      A shameful practice.
