      If I could give negative stars it would be negative 10. Keep in mind this is a condensed version of all the communication we have had with this company over the past 4 months. A rep from the company notified my husband in August to let him know his cpap mask had been discontinued. He told them not to send the new one. They sent it anyway. The company sent a return label and we returned the masks to the company. That was the end of September, with arrival of the products to the company on October 2nd. In November, when we had late fees on the account I spoke with a rep and I was told it takes several weeks for the account to be credited. Today is December 20th. We are still fighting with the company over the returned products. Yesterday we received notification that we would be sent to collections. I called the company again and provided the tracking information for the return. Today they tell me the return was located and our account has been credited to 0 balance. They refused to send an email or other documentation to reflect the 0 balance. When I expressed concerns that we had been threatened with collections and they now refuse to provide proof of account balance, the rep recommended I set up automatic payments on the account to prevent being sent to collections. Needless to say, that is not an option!!! I will NEVER use adapthealth again.

      Worst customer service I have experienced in years. To many mergers and buyouts. Customer records should be kept.

      Unbelievably shady, though perhaps "legal" practices. They bill you an "estimated" bill before they get insurance payments. Basically, they use your money until your insurance pays. For example, I have met my deductible and my out of pocket max for the year, but they charge me what they think I "might" owe before my insurance has a chance to respond. Then they say they will "refund" the money later. It's quite a shady operation, and that isn't even going into how rude and unprofessional most of the employees are.

      I give 5 stars to joy at hometown respiratory in Fayette ville ,Tenn.
      I give zero stars to adapt health customer service,I've had an ongoing situation since Sept between my medical and adapt health ,adapt health customer service number has been so rude and way over stepped their bounds about my health ,it took Google dialing a wrong number and joy answering a phone to try and help me ,she was nice ,pleasant and very professional ,she reached out to try and get my case in the right hands and is even calling back to check with me ,she has went far and beyond her job description duty in her hometown respiratory office ,thank you so much joy for being caring in Fayetteville ,Tenn ,adapt health is ruthless but she is not ,if you have any medical supply needs even if her town is not in your area go to her she's worth the distance

      If I could give a ZERO rating. I would! To preserve your sanity and $$$$…. Please DO NOT use this company. I am in my sixties and they are, by far, the least customer service oriented company I have encountered in all my years. I have degrees in Accounting/Business Management and my employees are NEVER allowed to hang up on a customer…with the sole exception being a customer continuing to spew profanities after politely being asked to stop. I am a patient, non-confrontational, professional, non potty-mouthed extremely dissatisfied Adapt Health / HealthLine CUSTOMER that has lost count on the number of intensional disconnect encounters. This is after listening to the same song-and-dance runaround since early 2021. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, if you have a choice, read all the reviews, (of which there are NO positive submissions) and do yourself a favor….RUN!!!!

      Terrible terrible terrible company. All they want to do is sell your supplies and bother you constantly with phone calls but when it comes to meeting customer service? Forget it. Prepare to sit on hold forever and then get transferred around and nobody can solve your problem. Nobody knows anything it’s always. I’ll have to email them that’s another department or that’s another location, I needed a compliance report for the motor vehicle administration, and it took forever that for them to simply read the chip and get a report to me. If I had a choice as to who I could use, it would definitely not be this company. They stink.

      After many calls have not received my order. My Cpap mask has magnets in the mask which is dangerous to husband cause of his pacemaker. A replacement is available, but weeks, many calls haven't received it, nor do they call back.

      This company is representing itself as a health care company, but really they just cold call you constantly trying to sell you things you don't need. Salespeople are allowed to say whatever the customer wants to hear to get them to place an order, then claims they're doing nothing wrong bc they make a "disclaimer" at the end of calls about co-pays and deductibles.
      Bottom line: they're not your doctor, they don't care about your health. Only so business with them if you want to be scammed.

      Employees just make something up to answer your questions, they are not knowledgeable.
