      I first met Jeremy from Champion when he came to service my oil furnace. He did a good job of nursing it along. I then agreed to put in a heat pump. Things went downhill fast. He started the job on 8/25 with removal of old system. After many no shows, excuses about parts and cancellations, the last time Jeremy was here to finish job was on 9/25. During his removal of old oil tank he spilled a large amount of oil on my yard. He ignored it. I had to get someone else to remove the oil , dig up the dirt and put seed down. When I told him this he said he would reimburse me the expense, he did not. I did not get the heat pump I was told I was going to get. He decided on another brand and Seer rating and didn't tell me before hand. I have not been able to get him to communicate with me since 9/25. I feel his work was sloppy, he was unprofessional, and his knowledge about heat pumps was lacking. I do not recommend Champion for this kind of work.

      I had the pleasure of doing business with this company two years ago. Yesterday evening I called Jeremy explain to him that I have a leak in my humidifier, by 7:00am today he was here. The leak wasn't from the humidifier but he still took the time and in trouble to find out where the water was coming from, my leaking roof. Jeremy from Chapman heating and air conditioning there's a company with a heart. Not only did he stand by the job he does he goes the extra mile. I highly recommend this company.
