    I purchased a beautiful Chevrolet truck three years ago in ************** and had it delivered to semi services which is reading truck. They quickly sold me a $22,000 truck bed which came along with a warranty for the life of the product. I was lured in by the photo that they showed with this truck bed on the back of the truck, which was a four-wheel-drive ***** exactly what I purchased! it was also sitting on a dirt road in the photograph and I knew that my truck would be occasionally on dirt roads therefore it would be something that would be durable. We quickly found out the very first few months that the truck bed fell apart. This became the nightmare that Has worked its way into my company for the past 2 1/2 years. **** nor reading truck or semi services has done anything other than try and repair the faulty equipment, but one time. Nobody has wanted to take responsibility at this point to take care of replacing or making the situation better. Im a business owner myself, and I was completely disappointed at how it was handled. They have now had our truck in their parking lot for three months and have done nothing. It resulted in us having to buy another vehicle in order to finish out our Season. Im so disappointed in this that I have been in contact with the state of **** to try and solve the situation. I hope that we dont have to go through the court systems. In the meantime, may I please make a professional suggestion to anybody who is interested in working with this company that you will not be happy with how they treat you after they collect your money. They do not back up their products like they say they do and their products are much weaker and much less durable than their advertising shows.
