    March 30th 2023 I went through the drive thru and when I paid for my drink I was given the wrong change back. I didn't check it until I got home which was about 15 mins later. I called them right away and was told that I had to wait until there drawer was counted which would probably be in the afternoon. If the drawer was fine they have video that could be reviewed. I waited until 6:30 & never received a call back. I called them & was told they had to contact ******** as they weren't aware of anything. They never called me back. I then decided to go in the next morning. After talking with about 4 different employees I was told that the drawers were fine & I'm not getting my money back. They called the owner who is ******** & was told that the drawers were fine I'm not getting my money. I told them I was calling their corporate office & was told to go ahead they wouldn't do anything either. I asked about them reviewing video & nothing was checked. I asked for the corporate number & was told it was on the receipt. It was not on the receipt. I did call corporate & was told they would call me but I have yet to receive a call. All I want is my correct change. I was treated rudely.

    Customer came through and when she called, was informed that we would count the drawers to see if they came up over. As per camera footage, drawer count, and online database of receipt, Customer paid with a $10 and was given proper change. Customer did not pay with a $20. When a phone call was attempted to be made to customer, they did not answer. Their voicemail box was full so a voicemail was unable to be left. No email was left by customer, leaving no further contact. Customer was given proper change for order.
