Ourreturn policy gives you 30 calendar days from date of delivery to return orexchange a product with a valid invoice. Returns and exchanges must be unused,and in the same condition that you received them. If the product you wish toreceive in exchange for the returned product is higher in cost the pricedifference will be billed to you. In thecase of defective product we will replace the product. Once your returnedproduct is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejectionof your refund or replacement. If you are approved, in 14 business days yourrefund will be processed through the original method of payment or yourreplacement will be processed and shipped.
Ifthe return is a result of our error only, we will refund the cost of returnshipping (e.g. wrong item received or defective product). The buyer will payreturn shipping for all non-seller mistakes (e.g. you bought the wrongproduct). Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. - Business Categories
