I ordered my shirt while I had a job on November 5th of 2022, I accidentally auto-filled my old address for the spot for shipping and immediately contacted the owner, Meg via her personal email to get it resolved. I received an email back on 11/10/2022 confirming this that she changed the shipping address to match the mailing, I thought ok cool ill get it soon.
It is now 2/21/2023, and I've sent almost over 2 dozen emails, as much as id like a refund Its a matter of principle that I get the shirt since that was the last interaction I had with the owner or the store for that matter, I contacted Facebook and Instagram and haven't received any response on anything, I'm a patient person but I'm very persistent. when I want something id love it, especially from a small business owner I liked for a while, but this is so uncalled for, and I'm determined to not only get this shirt but make sure this doesn't happen again, I would like a refund but I really want the shirt too. I know for a fact I won't get anything in return unless I make noise so that's exactly what I'm doing. I also noticed how the website is currently down.Initial Complaint

***** ****** on 10/19/22 for $56.00. Have always eventually received other orders, even though it takes MONTH but this one is the longest. I also have reached out several different ways and times and NO responses. The company hasn’t had an updated since September 2022. Maybe she closed down? I ordered a customized item, on the order it said it would take up to 10 business days. I was charged for the sweatshirt and then emailed a confirmation. After hearing nothing for weeks I reached out to the owner, it was excuse after excuse. Finally she said she was mailing my sweatshirt three months after I placed the order. I NEVER received a shipment confirmation OR the order. And she has not responded to any emails since. It is also past the window to file a complaint with my credit card company. She is stealing, and then blocking customers to attempt to comment on her posts.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase with this boutique on October 30, 2022. I purchased 4 different items one being a Christmas sweatshirt. I have not received any items and I’ve tried to email numerous times with no response. It’s been 12 weeks since I ordered and that’s a lot longer than I was expecting. Customer service is no good either because you can’t get a response through email and I can’t find the social media pages anymore.Initial Complaint

On Sept 9 2022, I place an order with Backwoods Boho Boutique. I was told there may be a 1 -2 week delay than normal on orders. On 11/22/22, I received an email from the owner stating some of her packages were stolen, but orders would be out in the 1-2 weeks. Since that email, I have emailed the company three times to receive an update. I have not heard back from the owner since. I have not received my items nor a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on August 31, 2022 for a Halloween themed shirt, there was a 2 to 5 week turnaround time. By mid October I hadn’t received the product or any updates so I began reaching out for an update. On October 26th the owner of the boutique emailed me saying she had packages stolen from back in July and was trying to catch up, she said I could exchange for something else so I decided to exchange for a Christmas themed shirt, again the 2 to 5 week turn around. It’s now been 7 weeks, I have emailed multiple times for an update and refund and they have gone unanswered and completely ignored. She took my money but I’ve received no product.Initial Complaint

I ordered two items 7/29/2022 and never received them. In September I started a dispute with my credit card company but closed it after the owner emailed me and convinced me she was a legitimate business and would make sure to get my order out to me. At the end of September I received an email saying my items had been mailed but never received a tracking number or any information about the shipment and never received my merchandise. I gave it another 3 weeks and tried to email the seller. I didn’t receive a response so I reopened my dispute with the credit card company and then I heard from the seller. She said she mailed them and so her side of the agreement was fulfilled. I asked for a tracking number and never received one. I still to this day have not received my order and my credit card company ruled against me because she told them that she sent me my merchandise.Initial Complaint

I ordered a shirt from Backwoods Boho Boutique ****** ******* on August 20, 2022 for $34.00. I understood the turnaround time & accepted it that was provided in the order confirmation. Now that the expected turnaround time has passed, I cannot get any response from the seller for an anticipated delivery date. Emails & phone calls go unanswered. The turnaround time was stated as 3-4 weeks.
