      Owner Scott W***** thru oral agreement said he would fix my kia's water pump for 550.  When asked over 8 mos he said has no time to do it.  When in June he seemed legit and good mechanic that got others their vehicles back.  He let me wak w/ none and on a "lease" while never did my 2 vehicles repairs.  When left him Kia at first seemed ok. He even drove me home.  So 2008 trailblazer had gas smell from a hose and needed inspected so had Triple A tow chevy to him in Jun 2022 also.  He breached an oral agreement to fix Kia.  Then kept it now regist/inspt he would  not tell me anything was wrong w/ trailblazer soon to B low mileage classic vehicle worth a lot was in touch w/ an interested person over it for 14,000 at least out cause seatty stole the chevy.

      This individual was told repeatedly that we did not have time to work on her vehicle and due to the fact that she has outstanding balances with other repair shops in the area I wasn't really interested in working on it even when my schedule permitted..  Even though we told her we could not work on it she left it and then had another vehicle towed in the next day.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20041205, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


      I want to thank you for giving Walker Services a 'C', he deserves an 'F'.  I reject his answer, he is a liar.  I had a witness with me when I dropped off the KIA.  He wanted $550 to fix the water pump, and I said 'OK'  My tows documented.  He is just trying to get out of doing dirty to people. (Scott drove me home/witnesses) Another mechanic before him put a brand new starter in it and it's been stolen at Walker Services.  He gave KIA back and the starter would not work.

      The Pennsylvania State Police made him give my vehicles back to me, and Police told me to take it to the PA Attorney General.  Notice he's trying to make me look bad and he's a liar and thief consumer 2 lil for BBB.  If ever I didn't pay somebody a bill for repairs they did harm to my vehicle.  And they got away with it.  Must Stop.  Walker, instead of trying to fix the problem he made, is going against me, trying to make me more problems.  Got parts broken  Walker is a thief and not good.
