    My mother purchased a commode on 1/18/2024 from Apria Healthcare LLC located on ***************************************************************************************************** phone number ************ for $59.12 While using the commode the bar that was holding the bucket became dislodged at the welded joint of the commode. Since we have a limited lifetime warranty we reached out to manufacture customer service for ********************.. The customer serviced *** instructed us to provide certain information along with a copy of the purchase invoice and a picture of the issue which we provided. They came back to us with instruction to reach out to the vendor and have them call the company to resolve this issue However, when we reached out to the vendor they told us that they do not handle these types of issues with the Manufacture. So I reached out to manufacture to inform them of the vendors response and I requested the manufacture to coordinate directly with the vendor but they said that they are a manufacture and do not have the resource to deal with warranty issues.

    Our Customer Satisfaction is of utmost importance, and Drive Devilbiss Healthcare acknowledges this complaint, made by the consumer regarding the product, Commode warranty issues, manufactured by Drive Devilbiss Healthcare, and purchased through a provider. We reached out to the consumer via email and phone and fully resolved this issue. Drive Devilbiss Healthcare respectfully requests that the complaint be removed from the Better Business Bureau.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

    I want to inform you that my case has been resolved. Thank you very much for your assistance in thi matter. We received a replacement commode from the manufacturer.
