      I purchased a ductless unit-****** name,and my unit has not been functioning as needed since I purchased it.Notified **** numerous times with no prevail.Spoke to him today 12/21/22 and he is too busy to come look at it.He told me to run an electric heater until he can make it to my home to check.I paid him cash and didn't even give me the booklets and warranty papers when installed.He said he might try to come next week.The temperature is in the teens and my house is big and cold.I don't work and I have health issues to be sitting in a cold house.He was called 3 times to clean outside unit in summer months and never came.I clean the inside filter as needed on a monthly basis.When I did call him when unit sounded like a helicopter running he didn't respond.The unit should be quiet.Now it doesn't function at all.He doesnt have help as he stated to me and with Christmas cant come to replace this unit.I refuse to pay him any money to take care of this matter.I have one unit in my bedroom that I purchased elsewhere and it is greatly functional.Your help is greatly appreciated.I guess since I am a woman they take people over.
