      update: my father in law recieved a call from the service manager after many failed attemts to contact him myself and asked him to "talk to your daughter in law" about the review, and gave several excuses to dismiss everything that happened.the service department had my vehicle for 12 days to replace a radiator under warranty. went to pick it up and drove it less than 5 miles away and it overheated. they never connected the hose properly, causing coolant to spray all over my engine bay. waited over an hour for the tow truck to come after being guarenteed it would take no more than 30 minutes. tried to call the service department several times the next day to discuss what happened. left 3 messages for the service manager which I never got a return call. they did me a "favor" and delivered my car to me since I live an hour away. got it back and the inside is covered in grease and they never put coolant back into the reserve tank. after purchasing my vehicle from them less than a year ago, I will not be back.

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, and it seems as if you didn't receive that. Mistakes unfortunately are inevitable and I admit we made one. I understand that you were offered a free oil change and I can assure you that your previous experience will not be repeated. If you have any more questions or comments, please reach out and request to talk to me. I hope that you are willing to give us a second chance and we will show you why we have been around for 109 years. Thank you.
