    My father pasted away 12/10/21. I inherited his home at ********************************************************************. I contacted a realtor ******************** was the first realtor who listed my property AS IS cash accepted best offer on February 2022 was listed. June of 2023 ***** from realtor 1 group took over. He was supposed to list the property AS IS cash accepted best offer. ***** comes along. he called me to say the ***** want yo turn on the utilities to see what's under the hood. The house been sitting for two years. He knew all this he did not advise them correctly. They turned everything on at once then damages occurred. I have pictures videos. Now my realtor knows a contractor name ***** from steel city construction services in tarentum pa. ***** calls me, we have a contractor and guess what, he's willing to do the job and wait until the house sales to get paid.. i was very appreciative. He went to check out the damage in the damages. I agreed to only repair the electric and plumbing only. House is AS IS! The damage looks deliberate to me seeing the drop ceiling was damaged on one side of the ceiling which ***** charged me $******* fix 7/9 tiles. Electric box was ********* just to put in rewire the house he only installed the box connected the wire to box. Left all materials in the home got pic's and charged me ******* for 2 dumpsters. ******* generator ******* diesel fuel to fry the basement. Main issue he was TOLD to NOT touch my cabinets period in the beginning. They were not damaged at all. ***** calls I had to replace counter top by the way I painted the cabinets ******* not to mention ******* to fix 1 busted pipe in the ceiling which caused the water damage in the kitchen and basement. these guys took advantag,manipulated and threatened me if i didnt sign est to start repair we could loose the ****. While all this was one guesstimate now he expects over ********* in repairs that were not that much to repair. 3/7/24 ***** threatened me if I didn't make closing 3/8/24.
