      Working on a residential contract with ***** ******** as the buyer's lender. Communication was poor, and there was a consistent lack of professionalism and tact throughout the process. I received a confusing email requesting an extension for 2 days, and the property address wasn't correct and I had no idea why they were requesting an extension. When I requested clarification I was met with another unclear- essentially single run-on sentence stating "It's really easy we either have an extension for the 25th or we don't settle." Given the importance of clear and timely communication in lending, I cannot recommend this lender based on my experience.

      Rashad was a lender on a refinance deal and a purchase deal. There were two incidents in which he took a very unprofessional tone with me and over talked me on the phone. He seems to be very emotional and need to work on respecting his clients. His email communications to our attorney was the level of a 5 year old and did not make any sense. If you do not use his services he will get upset with you and speak to you like you're a child. He got upset because he wasn't able to lock us in to a lower interest rate and we went with someone else who could. He has this arrogance about himself that further makes him unpleasant to deal with. I also didn't appreciate the phone calls at inappropriate times to discuss his personal life, which sounds rather boring. Very unprofessional lender so move on to someone who knows how to communicate, will not throw a temper tantrum, and who will respect your boundaries.
