    Be aware research required Found with a ****** search that showed our township's garage door and installation specialists recommended all over **********. The company's only Pittsburgh address is a unit in a storage facility. No Pittsburgh employees or business facility. Option was to order a new garage door from their website. I asked if I could see the door locally and was told no but later learned of two locations. I asked for business references and was told it was not the company's practice to provide references. As the door was being installed I emailed the sales person to say I would never have selected the door if I had seen it prior to ordering and to please call my husband or me to discuss a remedy. I did this because I was told several times to wait until the door arrived. I never heard a response from the sales person or other company representative. There are a number of problems with the door installation that we have chosen to be corrected by another company.
