      (ROSENGARDEN CONSTRUCTION)This company supposedly
      gave me a new silicone roof, 5 yrs ago within 1 yr I needed repairs in the same exact areas, This roof suppose to be guaranteed for 50 yrs. ( yes it's in the paper work) I was suppose To call them once a year pay them $175.00 each yr to check on a guaranteed roof, after calling smaller businesses to make minor repairs to the job rosengarden did. I DIDN'T WANT TO GO THROUGH MY HOME INSURANCE AGAIN. I HAVE A VERY HIGH DEDUCTIBLE I found out threw other roofers rosengarden should have anitially took old roof up and started new ,but they did not! I finally had to call rosengarden out again they charged me $1,550. And some change and told me the problem was the patches I had some one put on the roof, bottom line same thing they went over originally that they should have taken up. One roofing company told me worst job he'd ever seen. Rosengarden wanted me to pay another 1,600 to patch this on going problem that never stopped. I also have a recording of this owner calling me a crazy Bitch FROM my outside video cam and still no repairs have bin made to fix this roof correctly. I DONT GET WHY THESE COMPANIES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. IVE CALLED AND CALLED, THEM, THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE correctly the 1st. Time. Now I'm left with a roof that still leaks and is causing further damage. After approximately 8,000 and some Rosengarden still has not owned up to there contract.

      Terrible will not honor warranty roof still leaking been out several times still leaking now they have given up trying to fix problem 10 year no leak guarantee I paid $25000 on 3/1/22 this is a commercial building TriPro Metals **** ***** ***** Bensalem PA do I have any recourse for this problem? Thank you
