    My motor went in my car after having it to Washington Hyundai 2 times. I took it to another garage and they told me motor went. Called Washington Hyundai same day said they are only one that could diagnose it. So had to wait for a month August 10 to get an appointment now they are telling me it is Hyundai hand. I waited for 2 weeks and called them they said someone would get back to me haven't heard from anyone. I really need my car or a loaner car so I can continue going to work. If they would of fixed it first time I might still have a car. So I just need an answer about my car.

    Took car in for service beginning of May. Asked them to check a sound car was making. Turned out to be engine issue. I have a warranty. They tried to tell me from jump warranty wouldn't cover it without seeing any of my paperwork. Finally called myself to ask if it would be covered and it would be covered but they needed dealership to call and start process. They started claim on May 10, claim wasn't finalized until May 25 because that's when dealership called them back. Over 2 weeks! Stopped in May 29 as my car was to the point of breaking down if I kept driving it. Gregg the service manager had a whole attitude about it and said it was covered and parts were ordered and were expected on Friday 6/2. No parts as of today 6/5. Already used my warranty rental benefit. I want them to provide me with a loaner.
