      I am writing to ask your assistance in a ongoing conflict with the financial institution Benchmark FCU. My father ********************************, has recently paid off an Auto Loan with the financial institution but has yet to receive the title to his vehicle. I have the power of attorney for my father and have contacted the Bank on his behalf. Each time I have contacted them inquiring about when we will be receiving the title, I am met with borderline brackish language and accusations that I have not properly paid off the loan. When checking my father's financial records and his online banking there is no balance on the loan or any record of unpaid fees. I've been told three different amounts are needed to be paid to retrieve the title, all of which were given verbally without any proper documentation. I have tried every mean possible to resolve this issue but feel the only recourse is to formally report Benchmark FCU for improper practices and extortion. I have done all I can to follow the proper channels and have been met with continued blocks and contempt. If you could please assist in anyway possible I would greatly appreciate it.
