    Professional rapid service. Original shipment contained the incorrect o-ring. Quadratec immediately sent the correct one without question. Been a long-time customer and have been happy with every order.

    They have almost everything needed to customize JKs! Their search is not very thorough though. I searched for 30+ minutes for the parts I wanted, sent a request to their help and then I used Google search and a link to the Quadratec site popped up with the exact part, with my first search. I ordered the part and I had it within a few days. Help got back to me within a day and provided the same link. Regardless of that little bit of frustration, parts are great quality and already installed.

    My 4th jeep in 35 years, 2 CJ's, 1 wagoneer, and now a JK. I still have all. I've been ordering from Quadratec for years without any issues. Quadratec site is easy to navigate and use, I read all the product description, reviews, questions and installation info. before making a decision. I am interested in purchasing as local as possible so I would like to see origin of product stated in description. Thank you Quadratec, Tom B.

    FedEx took forever to get here this time and one of my items didn’t come and an incorrect was shipped in its place. It took 3 times on the phone, email and chat to finally get the right part, which I was told would be shipped overnight, and actually took almost 2 weeks to get here. I have no idea why overnight would take FedEx that long. But I digress. All of my items are here now and look great. Installing today. Yay
