    I purchased a cell phone that was described as full functionality with no issues in the photos even though I had looked at them before purchasing somehow I did not notice until after purchasing that there was a black dot in the top right corner this was December 31st 2023 I contacted through the swappa website where I made the purchase I called the phone number and left a voicemail and I also sent the message on ******** January 1st 2024 on ******** I can see the message had been reviewed but no response January 2nd 2024 I contacted through the website where the purchase was made again and I talked on the phone to a representative at the wholesale warehouse who told me he would be texting the shipping department manager asking him to cancel the transaction since the shipping label had not been created 20 minutes after communicating with this individual they purchased the shipping label this is clearly visible between my call log and the time that the label was printed acquainted the United States Postal Service website I contacted again asking him to please not ship the item and cancel this transaction I don't even mind the restocking fee they refuse to they had 327 in the afternoon handed it to the post office according to the website and are telling me that they are going to send it to me even though they know I do not want the phone I have to repackage reship and upload tracking number then once they get the tracking number back and they have received the item they will refund me minus a 15% restarting fee none of this makes sense since I had contacted them previous to even printing the shipper label why ship the Item and force it to be shipped both ways To me that does not make any sense They even admitted in the communications through their own website that they made a mistake with the photos the end result is why ship the item if I don't want it why force me to go through the trouble of repackaging shipping it again in the possibility of something damage
