    In June, after becomming a first time homeowner I decided I needed new blinds and curtains. I went to the store and had a lovely experience with the owner of the store. I paid for the measument team to come to my place to have a flawless experience, additionally I chose curtains and vertical blinds and had to give a large amount of money up front. I did so and was excited go get all my stuff asap. The date never changed in July and came and went. I called the store and the local employees had no clue but said they would call corporate and than call me Back, I was gonna get my place painted so I also had to make sure that they wouldnt come in the mean time. They than said it wouldnt be here for a while and the date finally changed on the computer tracking device. I had no problem waited and at this point felt ok about the wait. After that, they still hadnt come in. When they finally atrived and came out the valance ordered was inaccurate as i needed to open the valance on the right. I called corporate since fhe manager seemed to be the onky person who had any knowledge of the situation and he wa sout and iw as told there was nothing theg could do. The manager finaly called me and told me that there is an issue with the install team and the measurement twam and while he was very kind, he really was u helpful cause i still hadnt have the correct bkinds and curtains. It was very frustrating. He promised me a in three sats everything would be done. Than that appoitnment was mysteriously canceled without my knowledge. I than lost my cool on corporate because at this point they took 2000 from me and were making no accomadationa to their mistake. They had no reason why it was rescheduled. I called corporate and complained only to be told that they can refund anything until the sale is done and that they would call me back which they never did. I am beyond frustrated and fee this company who has zero cuatomer service on the weekend deserves tongive me money back.
