    I ordered a tot booster travel car seat in July 2022 for my 2 year old daughter for a trip to California that I was taking with my family. After placing the order, I never received the car seat. My credit card was charged $54.99, but I never received the item. When I tried to contact them at their email, my email bounced back. When I did a search for their address, the company didn't show up. I feel like I've been scammed. I'm contacting BBB because:1) I would like BBB to please help me get a full refund.2) I wanted to warn BBB and other customers of this potential scam. 3) If possible can you help get this website down so that others won't be scammed like me? I'm attaching the online confirmation of the order. But that's all that I've received. Looking forward to hearing from you and thank you! ******
