    Lousy representation of customer service. I had fraudulent charges on my debit card. I reported it on August 30, 2022 my bank Vantage trust Federal credit union in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania they canceled my card that day. I live in Alabama so they sent me some paperwork to fill out and have notarized and for me to send it back so they could print another card. It took four days to get here and I immediately sent right back which took about four days that’s eight days it is now September 22, 2022 I still have no card when I called Vantage trust Federal credit union about six days after I was told by Hey tell her that they have received it but their credit card machine was down. I called yesterday September 21, 2022 and spoke with the teller who said my card had not yet been printed out and that when it would be they would contact me well I called today September 22, 2022 and spoke with a Coleen Who advised me that they had just received my paperwork which is a lie she then told me she was the CEO because I ask for the corporate number she told me she was the corporate Rep. I said to her that her teller told me a little over a week ago that my paperwork was there she proceeded to tell me they just got it and kept giving me excuses with no answers to my problem then she put me on pause and came back just a few minutes later saying my card had been printed and will be mailed out this afternoon it should’ve been extradited to me overnight this is very lousy service very disappointing and I will be changing banks and Colleen has had other complaints about her also Come to find out after reading reviews
