      Active Pest Control or ( Bugout) has been harassing me with a bill of $177 that was paid last year or so? I phoned them and proved the payment via Cancellation Order # ******* . I thought this was resolved. Then 2 weeks later one of their service techs calls me to tell me he will be over to my home to perform service? I tell him I had cancelled the service. He takes note and no service was provided. There were no further tech calls but then I receive the " same" bill that had been paid in full via Canx # ****** -- and I have been receiving this same bill monthly? I thought that they just were not communicating with billing so I ignored because I have the cancellation order#. But it keeps coming and this is ridiculous. Their Accounts Receivable is totally dysfunctional and I want a stop to this Companies harassment vua their latest invoice dated 22 Nov 2022! My account # *******. This company has horrible customer service that bills you for service not rendered and doesn't post payments! I'd like to have nothing more to do with this company as I have cancelled their service a while ago!

      I had a successful dispute with my bank with this company since they were unable to produce any proof that i accepted the charges under a contractual agreement. The issue was settled and now they are calling me non stop threatening to send me to collections over a 1400 dollar charge that was already settled and will not accept any proof. Ive spoken and have in writing people that said they were managers and lied about it to avoid a resolution and one even produced a falsely sign document that never existed before today. I have text messages from the employees about the unjust nature of this business and services and that they in fact did not produce anything that was promised in an unsigned contract that they moved forward with anyway. Again this was already settled months ago but they want to continue it because the service guy came by anyway and did unagreed to work that left dead rats in my house that i wanted taken care of.

      I contacted Ehrlich pest control to rid one of my rental properties of Cockroaches. They treated the property three times and they were gone. I paid them in full for the three visits. Then I started receiving Emails from some person called Kimberly H****** he said I still owed them for two more months. After several attempts to reach her I finally spoke to her and told her that our business has been completed and I was paid in full she said she would look into it. I have just received another email from her threatening me that this will be the last time she contacts me that I still owe her for two months. They have made no more visits my property and have done nothing and therefore I do not have them anymore money for anything we’re paid in full. Getting tired of harassing emails and frustrated with trying to contact these people with no results therefore I thought it was time to contact your agency.       Bed bug treatment. Sales person stated that the casita would be heated. To kill the bugs. I signed a waiver to confirm paint chipping misc. effects from the heat. Day of they came in and tented my bed and side table. The one person Martin said I don’t know what he told you but this is how it’s going to go. Even on there website it states this is what they do. I felt hopeless and degraded. Y three men telling me this is what there doing after stating this is not what was told to me. I even fully prepped for a heat treatment. Now this has longaged. And they are even worse. This is not okay. The sales person came in starting all these things then day of oh no it’s different and they did what they did. This is not how you should do business especially with bed bugs. I’m living in a **** Becaise if they would of treated it the way I was told then it wouldn’t be like this. I called them back. He said well it’s your word against his. Wow. I’m beyond myself with words at this point. This company should not exists.

      We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience. This customer was sold a BB heat pod service but was expecting a full heat service. The service sold was explained to our client again which was a heat chamber service and a chemical treatment to get rid of the bed bugs. Bed Bug covers were not sold to her and are not free for the heat chamber service but we ended up giving her BB covers for free to satisfy the misunderstanding. Our team went back out on 4 Oct and installed them and placed out the Bed Bug monitor.  At that time there is was no Bed Bug activity.  A follow up has been scheduled for 11/23/22 to check the Bed Bug monitor.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      First shown in the attachment it states structure: House. Not renting a bed. I even signed a waiver stating that heat treatment is okay for my house (which I never received) but then I was told no we do it for the tenting treatment. Why would you ask me how many outlets there is to make sure you have enough for heaters and fans. Tell me that we where taking the blindes down because that's what you do when you do a full house treatment. Then show up and state that its just my room then the two men come in and tell me this is how its going to be done where just tenting your bed. Why would I pay $1100 for a cheap METAL frame a old box spring and then the mattres to be heated I could buy a new one. You know that bed bugs hide behind outlets everywhere so forth. Its a 300sqft ****** so there close to me everywhere. Then with the last sell pitch you showed the casings for the mattresses and stated how they are the best so forth. You sealed the deal after that. When you where finished no casings where on my mattress and then the person that was last to leave said he would call you and have you bring them. Then I call and speak with your company and they said no your not getting them with what we did and he said its your word against his I guess. People in this situation are in a stage of fright and helplessness and thinking the professionals will handle it right. Everything the sales person and inspection person told me was gonna happen that day was wrong.

      The customer was sold a heat chamber service. A full heat treatement would have been $3000. We need to know how many outlets there are because the heat chamber heater requires 4 separate outlets to run it and the fans also need power. We provide the heat prep sheet because the prep is the same, in that anything that can melt, is flammable or sensitive to heat can not be heated and the prep for the clothing in the room is the same. We heat the large items and apply a chemical treatment in the other areas. We do not provide mattress covers on heat chamber treatments for free as it is merchandise and a charged item. Our operations manager was on-site the day of the service. The customer had questions regarding the service in which it was explained that she was getting a heat chamber service. It was not a full heat treatment because she inquired about her restroom being heated and she was advised that the bathroom would be conventionally treated, not heat-treated. He let her know if she wanted a full heat treatment, we could reschedule the service and get her a quote again for that service and she said declined and went through with the heat chamber service.  On November 4th our Branch manager had a specialist install the mattress encasement at no charge and he also placed out two bedbug monitors. We had a follow up scheduled for the 1 week later and the customer declined the follow up. The specialist tried to get this follow up done 3 times and the customer refused each time with November 28th being the last attempt. Thank you.

      I scheduled an appointment on 10/26/2022 with WEC and was happy to have done so at first. I was told by an employee that they serviced my area. I scheduled an appointment and told them what was needed in regard to service. I was instructed to provide a credit card for the agreed amount for service requested. I followed up with WEC on that following Saturday to make sure my appointment was still active and that nothing had changed. My appointment date was 10/30/2022 and I was given a window of about 8am-12pm by an employee. I called at 845am to check in a second time on 10/30/2022 to make sure someone was coming today. I was told the technician would be there shortly. I waited a total of 3 1/2 hours and called again a third time to see if the technician was in the area. I was told to my dismay that the technician was not coming because I was not in his area. I wasted 3 1/2 hours. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was not given the opportunity. I do not recommend this company at any cost. Due to the lack of communication, I will not advise you to contact them for any services.

      I paid for an entire year of service on March 16, 2022. I spent $258.40 with *** ***. *** *** was bought by Rentokil sometime this year and they took over the service. I taught school until June 2022, and was unable to be home for the service application until September. During September, Preston spent 4 minutes applying the treatment to my entire yard. This was unacceptable and nowhere near the time needed to complete the treatment adequately. I called the office to file a complaint. On October 10, Preston returned for the treatment. Preston never applied the treatment. He got out of his truck, played on his phone, and left in 5 minutes. He then sent me the attached document which is a complete lie. Everything contained in this document is false. He never applied the treatment, he wasn't here 10 minutes. Rentokil is a fraud. I want my entire payment refunded because Rentokil does not fulfill any of their obligations. In addition, Rentokil is trying to get to pay more after I paid in full. I have received multiple emails requesting payment. They are corrupt.

      In February 2022 I inquired about pest control from Active Pest Control which sent out a representative named *********************. After talking with him I signed up for a 5-year contract that included Wildlife Exclusion, Termite and Mosquito, flea, and tick prevention. Please see the screenshot showing the breakdown of my pricing. Total pricing was $5125.00 which I signed up with their loan provider of ********. ******** issued them a check totaling $5125.00 for all the services. When they began coming out for my Mosquito services I began receiving invoices for each service in the amount of $75.00. I called Active numerous times in which each customer service representative informed me they would pass on my information concerning my account to the billing department and they would return my call. No one has yet to return my call after months of these invoices coming to my house. On September 1st, 2022 I paid my remaining balance with ********, totaling $5125.00 so my account is paid in full with a zero balance letter to show. Again, I received another invoice for Mosquito treatment from Active along with a delinquent letter stating my account is behind. I called them again and still, no one has corrected my account, nor called me back after I have called several times and even mailed in my receipt of payment and zero balance letter.       Myself and my neighbor had an annual contract with the company Ehrlich for Termites which included if we ever needed tenting it would be covered at no cost. On 11/05/2021 I emailed the company inquiring of the status of my bill as I know it normally arrives in the month of November. My former neighbor passed on the responsibility as they moved and the new neighbors moved in a few months later. The contract was a selling plus for them. I was informed by Ehrlich that my renewal was due in December of 2021. When the month of December comes around I still had not received a bill. I contacted them and was told someone would be mailing me a bill. I never received a bill when I checked back again after calling several times and being told someone would get back with me. I finally spoke to a live person who informed me that my contract was cancelled in February for non-payment. I inquired as to how my contract could be cancelled when I was informed that I would receive a bill in the mail that never arrived. The company was going through transition and is now ******* **** *******. The individual indicated that I could have my contract reinstated by paying the new payment and because it was not paid the following year it was 2 years. Which would end up being approx. 600 dollars and I would receive the information in the mail in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed no contract, I called again and was told someone would call me back which never happened I was given the run around and no contract to this date. My former neighbor and I had been paying this company for over 3 years. I believe that I have been unfairly denied the opportunity to maintain our original contract due to their transition from one company to another as the termite portion of the company is now with ******* ****.

      Since my account was transferred from *******, service has been terrible and shady! After they received my payment for termite warranty, they sent me a receipt saying they checked my property for termites and found no evidence of them. The problem is they never even showed up! I checked my **** camera and nobody was there at the time they stated. The back gate was locked all day so there was no way to check for termites. They can't access photos to prove they were there. I will not tolerate a company LYING to me.I've also had to call at least 20 times trying to dispute a bill they sent me for a beetle treatment that shouldn't have been charged because the contract is under a 10 year warranty. Unorganized customer service and untrustworthy.
