      I used **** for approx 6 weeks. During that time I began to have terrible stomach cramps, bloating, gas, alternating constipation and diarrhea. I had no problems prior to taking this supplement. I contacted my Dr who told me to discontinue and requested I get a Colonoscopy which I did. Nothing there everything fine. Full blood panel. No problems there either. It took approx 3 weeks off this disaster of a supplement to get my system back to normal. I requested a refund as it says 90 day money back guarantee. Took forever and persistence to get someone. This person was completely void of understanding the situation, hired hand with a script. No matter what I said they repeated the same thing like a Parrot. They said sure send back unopened bottles and we will only refund you for those. I used one bottle and a week of another. Their 90 day money back guarantee is not. I would advise no one to take this supplement. I spent 2,000$ on my Dr visit and Colonoscopy because of this supplement. I also plan to contact BBB and lodge a complaint.

      About the refund, we have successfully processed the refund last May 10, 2023. The refund process usually takes anywhere between 3-7 business days depending on the banking/financial institution we are working with. With that said, the refund should be back in your account by now.

      *** asked for a refund for 3 weeks and they make excuses as to why it is held up. I keep emailing and get excuses. I received a faulty dashboard and that was refunded. I purchased a product they ran out of, no one communicated and Ive been fighting for three weeks. Their program is good but customer service is horrible. Buyer beware

      I think theyre fabulous products love the chocolate activate. Helps me with my adrenal fatigue.I dont know why these ninnies are complaining. Did they think it was a magic potion that instantly puts you in ketosis without having to do the work? Keeps me from keto flu and the sodium is perfect. Thank you. Please dont go out of business.
