Not off to a good start. First I clicked for 3 bottles, then tried to upgrade as Dr. *** said, but there is NO WAY to delete the first 3 after, so I got charged over $647 before I could review the order!They dont open until Monday, so Im stuck. I ordered a 3 pack at $177.00. According to their refund policy, if only the first container is open, they will refund all 3 minus 10% shipping. After going back and forth several emails, they sent my return label. I packed and returned all 3 containers, 1 open and 2 unopened. After waiting 2 more weeks, I was issued a partial refund of $105.30. There's $54.00 missing from my promised refund and no explanation of where the remainder of my refund went. I have emailed them again but I have a feeling my money has been scammed. No stars as this company does not even honor its own policies. Very disappointed.Konscious LLC

I see on here about keto active that they are saying they only give refunds for only one open bottle. I just watched tge video and it said they would give 90 days and refund all the money even if ALL the bottles are empty. They aren't accredited either. I'm too afraid to purchase from these people. It's sounds like a scam. I'm glad there is BBB. If they were accredited I wouldn't be as iffy about it. Still I read too many lies already.Konscious LLC

This company does not deserve that one star. My husband ordered **** last week Friday, 4/12/24. He has a serious health issue, which **** will not fix. When I pointed that out to him, he tried to cancel the order right away, but he could not find a place on the website to do so. On top of that, apparently he clicked something wrong and it duplicated his order. What a scam! Who on earth needs a two year supply of something that they haven't even tried yet? I called our credit card company the next day and tried to cancel the two charges saying it was fraud, which to me it kind of was since he couldn't immediately cancel and it got duplicated. They said that I had to wait until the two charges posted and then dispute them, but I should try to call the company. The two orders arrived in the mail two days ago. This morning, I called the 833-333-KETO number. I spoke to someone calling himself *********************. He did not sound like a *********************. I told him the circumstances surrounding the placement of the order and my husband's health. He asked for my credit card number, which I refused to give him. I told him that he should have that information on file from my husband's order. He put me on a brief hold, and then told me that they were having "technical problems". Then he proceeded to offer me a $100 gift card. I said no thank you and reiterated that I wanted to return the products and receive a credit. He said "Okay, I will call you back." Then he hung up!I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company, and I will tell anyone and everyone about this company's lack of good customer service. I am glad that the product helps some people, but when it can adversely affect someone's health, there needs to be a way to easily cancel and return the product.Konscious LLC

This business has made calms of full 30 day refund until your request your refund. I have gone back and forth about a full refund. Let be known the product has never been opened. They have offered me a 50% refund deal which quickly turned down. I informed them I would be doing just what ** doing. Contacting governing bodies of consumer protection about their refund practices. Now I will contact my credit card company to dispute charges. However, thats just not enough people need to be warned about doing business with ANY company that trys to get out of honoring their refund policy. I took the time to record the commercial about their refund and in no way do they say ANYTHING about 50% refund. I have my email correspondence between both parties. Next Im going to file a complaint in my state to stop these kind of business out of your state. Bad business has NO place in your state.Konscious LLC

Regarding our refund policy, it is true that we do process refund for up to 90 days of receiving the product. At the same time, we are aware that returning a product could be a lengthy process so we sometimes offer partial refunds to make it easier for our customers and eliminate the hassle of returning an order. That is the reason why our customer service team first offered you partial discounts and also because it was not clear why you wanted to return the order.
With all that said, we have confirmed that the order was returned April 16, 2024 and the refund was processed April 20, 2024 . Typically, refund processed should be reflected in your account in 3-7 business day so it should be in your account by now.

They may have a legit product and I wanted to try one bottle to see if it works and I like it, HOWEVER they are engaging in fraud after you order the product they insist that you buy a bigger supply and if you don't then their webpage says "If you close this window or hit the back button you will be charged twice" That is UNLESS you buy a larger supply.
