    I purchased a garment from the company listed above, I attempted to return the item two days later and was denied. I was not informed of the no refund policy upon purchase and the policy is not documented on the sales receipt. I would like assistance with a refund. Thank you

    I placed an order for a swimsuit on 3/14/24. I paid $43.** total and paid via PayPal. On 3/27/24 I notice status was still showing "processing" and I realized I wouldnt get it in time. I went to the return policy page and it states "You can cancel your order at any time before the item is shipped, and the order cannot be canceled once the item is shipped. You can contact us to return or exchange after receiving the goods: *********************** Since it has not shipped I proceeded with emailing them to cancel. *I would also like to add that in the return policy I noticed in the next section"cancel order" they had a different email listed as *******************. so I emailed BOTH at once*. Within the same day I received an email "DearSofee,Sorry for inconvenience.Because the item you are purchasing is new and in high demand, it may take a little longer to prepare. But the warehouse told us that it will take 2-4 business days to be ready. I hope you can wait a little more time."I replied by thanking them and continued to request to cancel the order as it wasn't going to arrive on time. I received a response (from another user) bribing me with a discount for future order. Vicky328 "Dear *****,I'm so pity to hear that.So many people reply our products are high quality.I suggest you keep your order...Since we value you as our customer,we are willing to give you a 20%discount for your next use.Can you keep the order and give us a chance to cooperate?..I responded again and received a similar response but with higher discount offer. There's not enough space here for all the details. But I emailed them about 6 times, receiving the same responses. They are simply delaying the process to cancel so that once the item ships I can't cancel it and then I'm sure once I receive it and I want to return they will do the same. I've also reached out via ******** chat messenger and the response was the same. Paypal also won't let me dispute the transaction.
