    To Whom it may concern,I am writing to formally address serious concerns regarding the workplace environment at Laundry Basket. The issues I have observed include discrimination based on age, bullying, retaliation following a break-in, an attempt to unlawfully force an employee to cover losses from third-party theft, and unsafe working conditions. Firstly, I have witnessed instances of age-based discrimination, where employees have been subjected to unfair treatment due to their age. This behavior is unacceptable and violates both ethical and legal standards. Additionally, there have been occurrences of workplace bullying, creating a hostile and toxic environment that negatively impacts employees' well-being.Furthermore, following a recent break-in, management held an employee accountable for the actions of a third party. The employee has been unfairly made to pay out of their personal funds, which is a direct violation of Rhode Island labor laws. Employers cannot lawfully require employees to cover losses due to theft . This practice is both unethical and illegal, and it must be corrected immediately.Lastly, I have witnessed unhealthy and unsafe working conditions, particularly in relation to inadequate heating during cold weather as well as cooling during hot weather. Which not only affects their health but also violates workplace safety standards. I urge you to take these matters seriously and investigate to implement corrective actions.
