    Year after year we work with the uniform supplier ***************, which was acquired earlier this year by Donnellys. I want to note that in the last 6 years of working with ***************, even years following pandemic, we have never had an issue. After the business was acquired by Donnellys, the whole process has been a mess with absolutely no communication from Donnellys to their customers. School uniforms are required for both of ************************ We were requested from purchase all necessary uniforms for the 2022-2024 school year by July 31st in order for orders to be fulfilled prior to the start of school. Its 3.5 months later and we have yet to received the fulfilled uniform order from Donnellys. In addition to not fulfilling orders by their promised date, they wont answer emails or phone lines. They require an Appt to call all into their stores and if you dont have an appointment to be sized for uniforms you are asked to leave. This is so beyond unprofessional that now it is downright horrible. Our orders are paid in full at the time of ordering, so were now $500+ invested in clothes that our sons have not worn for the first 2.months of school. This is extremely bad business.

    The business sent an email and then shipped me half of the uniform order with a couple items being incorrect!

    My wife purchased uniforms from the ************* location for my Son August 3rd in hopes of having them in time for the first day of school in September. She received a confirmation with a number and email to use if there are any questions. August 22nd she sent a follow up email to confirm the status of our order, and received an automated message. I have called on a weekly basis and not received a call back or answer on our order. We are now almost two months from when we expected the uniforms to arrive. We would greatly appreciate BBB's assistance in either receiving a refund or an actual status of our order, and when it will arrive so our son will not be penalized by his school for dress code.

    I placed an order for children's school uniforms. I have emailed and called many many times and just sit on hold for hours with no call back or email other than an email acknowledging they received they email and they are short staffed. They literally take your money and that's it! The uniforms are clearly not going to be ready in time for school as we can't get anyone on the phone or via email to make the payments so I'm cancelling my order and have requested to do so with no response. I want my money back. This is a very poorly run business and will never purchase from here again.
