    Contractor installed windows that were defective. Lift on windows were cut wrong and as a result member of household was cut while opening windows. I reached out to **** Chito Contracting and was referred to distributor who blamed ****** Windows Corporate and did nothing. Do not use Paul Chito Carpentry for ************** from the work they do and dont expect ****** Windows to make good on their defective products.

    Very unreliable. Wanted him to fix my broken Lazy ***** doors, and he assured me he could. Well, 8 weeks after taking them to his shop, he decided he couldn't/didn't want to do them, so he returned them to me by leaving them outside, against my garage door. Instead of lying, he should have just been honest, and said he did not want to do them. Also charged me 4150 to replace a lock on my inside door from the garage to the house. Said lock is not working better now than the old one, and will need to be replaced again. Stay away from this so-called handyman, he is a shyster

    Not a very reliable or professional company! I hired **** Chito to fix a hole on my house above the side door. Although the hole was fixed, the first time it rained, water came in the house. I tried contacting someone from the business on many occasions, leaving voice messages. I would call on different days of the week and different times of the day. I never received a call back. I was forced to hire another business to complete the job. I am a senior citizen and widow of a veteran on a limited income. This treatment is not acceptable for me or anyone!
