    Took car in to have AC condenser replaced on 7/1/2022. AC still not working. Owner said because I was "not nice" he will not look at car to find the issue. He said maybe they overlooked something, but nothing is 100% foolproof when it came to his replacement of condenser. I offered to bring the car in Friday, 8/12 and he hung up on me. Paid $692.65 for this repair and I need help.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

     Learned today AC still not working. Contacted *********************. He said he's too busy and he did $300 work for free on 8/15 when car was brought back in. I asked what work he did and he was evasive. Suggested car be taken back to the dealership that last worked on it. Said may be problem with seal on compressor. I asked why he did not fix that as he was hired to fix the car. He referred me back to dealership. I don't think that's right. He was paid $700 to fix the problem. Please Help. Thank you
