On June 13, 2024, my 14 year-old daughter ordered ******'s for her 8th grade graduation sleepover from our local store at ***************************************, phone **************. She used the $50 graduation money she got as a gift earlier in the day. The order came to roughly $34 with tip and delivery fee. The pizza never arrived. The girls waited for an hour and called the store. The store claimed it had been delivered when it clearly it never was. None of our neighbors received the order either. The local store, (specifically manager ******) claims they cannot refund her money, nor were they willing to provide full credit. I guess ******'s is okay with their employees taking a 14 year-old's graduation money after basically ruining her night. They did nothing but argue and push back. No apology. No attempt to rectify the situation. In fact, they did everything in their power NOT to help us. Completely classless, ignorant and unprofessional. Manager ****** needs to be fired. She should not be working in a forward-facing role in any capacity. She is a disgrace.*Note: ****** finally, begrudingly allowed my daughter a credit. When we called to redeem it, manager ****** once again made us wait on hold for over 10 minutes while she yet again conferred with the driver. She came back on the line and argued once again that he had delivered the order. Finally agreeing to let me daughter use the credit, the new order came to roughly $19. When I asked about the remaining $15, manager ******************* replied that they "don't do equal amounts credit." All the while, another female store employee looked on with a smirk, clearly pleased that they were giving us such a hard time. When we got the food, it was completely disgusting. I guess they tried to make it extra gross to show us.
