    I found this company in July of 2021 to make a concrete staircase opening to a basement. I had them write down a contract which didn't include much info besides the work they were doing and very little contact info. The central American men were initially very responsive and started out strong. They were able to finish the stairs and told me they would be back in a week to do the landing of the stairs and connect to the existing path. I had also asked them to possibly replace the current concrete path so it would all match and look nice. They told me that work would be an extra ****. After numerous calls and texts they tell me they had to be out of the country and wouldnt return until next season but they would take care of it. The next spring season comes around & I contact them to be sure they would be around. By then I had someone else redo the existing concrete path but I had left the stair landing and connection alone since it was part of the original scope of the project. Who gets stairs without a landing. They were also coming back to give the stair walls another coat since you could see the blocks. Unfortunately all they did was promise to show up and never show up. Then he tried to tell me that the landing was not part of the work. So I tell him why did he tell me he was going to return before i asked him about the extra work. I was super patient with them but a whole year later and the work wasn't completed. I wish i wouldn't have paid them in full thinking they would return to wrap it up since they said it would be a quick half day. Dont believe their word. Get everything in writing including all their info and don't pay in full until work is complete!No ******** a esta compania en full hasta que terminen el trabajo! Me dejaron esperando todo un ano diciendo que iban a venir y que era algo facil y medio dia.
