This *********** has a tow truck driver that lied about my mother and saying she was threatening and lying to him but i was there and the roles were reversed he was the one threatening leaving my mother on the side of the highway with nobody to help her and he also damaged the lug stud and stripped it he is very unqualified and very unprofessional and they also ended her subscription and she gas been with them for over 30 years and they believed him over the customer.Business Response

I am absolutely disgusted by AAA as a company. They have one job, a service which I pay for monthly, and today they more than failed to do the bare minimum of their jobs in any capacity whatsoever. I woke up to a flat tire and immediately placed a service request via the app. After almost ************************************************************************ *******, NOT the northeast region because apparently you get routed by your area code and NOT your account location. The *** was useless and disrespectful and called me a moron after telling me if I'm so unhappy I should just cancel, so I of course cursed her out. The second *** was also a useless hick from ******* who hung up on me after I asked for a supervisor. I explained the issue with the app to this same *** and her response was, "yeah it does that, we know it's a problem for most people, so you gotta call and make a service request.". AAA is defrauding customers by charging money for an unusable service through the app. It took me 3+ hours to finally get a tow truck. I called back several times asking for a supervisor and was met with some of the moat belligerent, useless, combative, and frankly idiotic individuals I have ever encountered. I've been a member for over a year and I want a full refund for the entire cost of my membership so far plus a free 3 year membership as compensation.Business Response

There has been no response or contact by the business, only an attempt to bill me for my next month's membership costs which I will not be paying. If the business does not contact me within 48 hours I will be following up with the **** Attorney General, and the *** since now I believe this treatment was rooted in my status as a disabled person. AAA is a predatory company that does NOT provided the services paid for and I may also sue them for fraud due to this.

I had aaa and they used friendly towing to my vehicle my car was about to overheat so friendly towing got it the driver was going ***** mph when he made that sharp turn on high way four to get to hwy 5 by the water I thought it would drop in the water thankfully it didnt. So I call both companys to let them know what happened after two year doing what aaa said to do they and friendly towing given me the run around. Lower control arm broken and bcm broken. Ive been calling everyone and no one has helped I did t have these issues prior to this tow friendly towing is a liar you guys arent even doing whats right its not fair your truck driver messed up my car really bad. No its not wear and tear its been this long cause of you guys you guys had wrong phone number said you left message well when I called lady said you had a 429 number thats not mine I turned in documents your contracted towing company damaged my bcm module I gave 23 codes on this car. Makes no sense next day had to have a guy come from aaa said battery was bad he left my car in on mode. You say call this number I already have. Nobody want to take responsibility of your damage that was cause the friend towing guy who always answer the phone he told geico he is the manager yet he is a tow truck driver makes no sense its his number when you call.

I called AAA today August 15 to get travel services from them. I was put on hold for over two hours. I called approximately at 1:00PM and was still on hold at 3:00 PM. If they don't have the personnel to answer the phone and provide the services that were paid for then I want a refund. No one ever answered the phone.Business Response

8/8/24: used *********** for the first time. They sold me a battery I did not need (it was my alternator). The battery was the wrong size but he used a wrench to hit the cables to get them onto the battery terminal. Had to call them for a 2nd time, ***** asked to see the battery issue and told me it was the wrong battery. a 2nd battery was placed and forced on. later that night the car died and I had to call a 3rd time for a tow. The whole time it was not my battery but because they were trying to force them to fit, they damaged some electrical fuses/wiring. I submitted a reimbursement claim and a damage claim that they denied.Business Response

Did AAA Insurance Company kick the business bucket?Once a great name, now struggles to survive. On Oct 12, 2023, I signed up with a sales *** named ******** from AAA for a premium auto insurance policy for my two cars. According to ********** was qualified for several discounts. Or she just wanted to keep the rates competitive with other quotes I showed her.My policy was set to go in effect from Oct 15th, 2024, to April 15th, 2024. AAA walked back every discount the sales *** gave me, and my policy ended up being way more expensive than other quotes I have gotten when I was shopping for a quote for nearly 2 weeks.I had numerous issues with AAA, from excessive attempts to pull more money from my bank account to cancellation and reinstatement. They always had an excuse, everything from making up a lie, to you will lose another discount if you do, to your account is not current so give it a few more days for payments to be processed. Keeping in mind this is a fully paid policy.AAA activated and deactivated this full paid upfront policy more than 12 times in 6 months, most of the times I had no idea, and I would find out by accident when Im on the call for something totally irrelevant.AAA charged my full paid in advance account almost 30% more over time, with uncontrollable number of cancellation/reinstatement to the point many times I didn't know whether I had insurance or not. I have been driving for 26 years, I never had any lapses in my insurance coverage, never had any issues with my insurance companies, and never been blackmailed by any entity until AAA.It seems as if AAA Insurance are so desperate, the only way they can stay survive is by canceling/reinstating customers policies for additional fees, and by pushing transactional costs on the already overpaying customers.I cant say it was a pleasure doing business with AAA.Business Response

[AAA use the same tactic to undermine customer's complaints by constantly pushing the blame on different departments and blaming staff that can't be verified. Their staff are unfamiliar with company wide policies, make endless assumptions, and misspeak when giving advice or making promise which is problematic to the customer. They don't record any notes from calls/complaints, so there is never any record of what issues a customer has been dealing with. AAA customer ******************** do not record calls for improvement as they claim, as I have asked several managers to review the calls but they indicate that they don't actually record anything. I have been going in endless rabbit hole for nearly one year to no avail. Membership services are a completely different business than Auto Insurance, they tell customer that, however, one can't buy an ********************** policy if they don't purchase AAA membership first]

I had my 2016 f150 towed July 20th 2024 by AAA. During transport my vehicles tail gate was damaged including my tailgate latch coming off and scratches deep enough to expose bare metal. I contacted AAA regarding the damages and also sent pictures of the damages. I was told that there was not enough evidence to conclude that the damages were a result of there doing and was told to go through my insurance instead. I, a 23 year old man who lives on my own supporting myself find it extremely frustrating to be left to either pay a $2000 deductible or to leave the damage alone on the vehicle I pay $461 monthly plus $260 for insurance for damages that were caused by AAA, a huge company that I believed valued customers. I have a picture of my vehicle loaded onto their vehicle where you can see it looks extremely close to the head board of the tow truck. I also have pictures of the damages caused by this. Id like AAA to just repair my tailgate , that is all.Business Response

On 6/16/2024 *** was called to assist me with my vehicle since it did not start. Upon coming to my assistance the *** driver told me that my battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I OK'd the service and the battery was replaced by ***. Within 10 days the New battery failed at which I called *** again but this time I had it towed to my mechanic. My mechanic told me that the replaced battery which *** installed was incorrect and this time transmission fuse failed due to the incorrect *** battery. My mechanic had to replace the incorrect *** battery and replaced the blown fuse. My car is now fully operational.Business Response
