      We ordered a 20 yd dumpster to be delivered to my lower driveway on 9/14/2022. Dumpster was delivered on 9/14/2022 with their commercial truck backed up on my brand new upper driveway and drop the dumpster. Within mins of delivery I contacted the company and ask them why the dumpster was delivered on upper driveway. Secretary asked us how we knew the dumpster was delivered already. We told her we have cameras all around the house. 9:03am on 9/14 the driver came and backed his big dump truck and pickup the dumpster and moved it to lower driveway. Same day after returning home from work I went to inspect the driveway and notice there were cracks on my driveway. Informed my husband who then called them again to let them know about the driveway. We left numerous message with the secretary for almost 3 weeks. Finally the owner **** called and asked to come out and see driveway. Prior to even seeing the driveway he was already stating that the work wasnt done right and already making excuse that it wasnt their truck that did the damage. The driveway had to prior damage until the dumpster situation. Driveway was laid out with ****psi with fiberglass mesh. Its was not made to hold a commercial truck that weighs around ***** pounds with dumpster weighing another ****lbs. **** offered to remove concrete take concrete away and suggest that we all need to chip in to fix this issue. We showed **** the video of his truck backing up and scrapping our driveway as he is pulling dumpster off the ground. This is unfair to me the customer that we would have to come out of our pocket to fix something that we had no fault in doing. None of the vehicles we own comes close to the weight of his commercial truck nor do our car scrap the driveway. We gave **** every opportunities to try and settle this. We just want our driveway the way we had it before this incident. I have videos of incident but can not update due to how length of video.
