    I ordered a 20 oz bottle of ***** online. When I arrived, I was given a different item. I informed the cashier that I had ordered the bottle, but she insisted that I did not. I offered to pay the difference because I preferred not to drink a fountain soda. She suggested that I speak to the manager.The manager, ****, responded aggressively, saying it was my fault and that they do not correct errors they did not make. I then mentioned that I would like to cancel my order, but I was told that they do not allow cancellations. I asked for the number of the general manager or corporate office, but I was told I could speak to anyone, and the general manager would agree with her. i left without my order completely disgusted.I tried to file a complaint online, but there were no real people to talk toonly an automated chat. Overall, the manager was rude and aggressive. the store is gross and fountain drink machine is gross, a lady complained while i was there. This place needs to be investigated by the ********************
