    Absolutely terrible, stressful experience! If I could give a 0 I would! Started in *** was to be done by 7/4/22. Its now September. My whole summer outdoor space was stressful, a mess and ruined. ***/ ***** Thayer comes off like a nice family man, owns a local spa with his wife- seemed honest and trustworthy. You would never think he would take your money and RUN! Well think again! Starts off good, you pay he bolts. Never pulled any permits. Inspections failed on what he did do. Never returns calls/ texts. Leaves a mess at your home full of cigarettes, bottles, nails, screws, sharp tools. I have children and he left all his materials against their swing set. A disaster from day one. Always lying and making you believe the work will get done and doesnt. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! You will get scammed like the rest of us! And he made some BIG money!
