  Omg they were fantastic!!! I would recommend them to everyone! They cleaned up like they werent even here . Very respectable and friendly. **** was awesome in explaining everything about what was going to happen. Very pleased.

  My home needed 22 windows, new gutters, new fascia to put on the gutters, some trim rot, and what turned out to be, some sheathing rot under three of my windows, and along my garage doors. There was also a section of the rake board and the trim along on the south wall. I was trying to get other contractors that I dealt with in the past, but as usual were not reliable. Marshalls showed up immediately, took measurements, ordered the 22 ******** 400s, coordinated the ordering and deliveries of windows, trim and other materials, and finally coordinated a siding crew and a window crew.The crews were coordinated with on-site supervisors and everyone could not have been nicer. The window crew was here longer just due to the number of windows and needed repair of the wood rot that was found. They were the very cordial and eventually became like long ************ (Thank you ****** and ******). They flashed the windows correctly. They vacuumed drywall as they were cutting it inside to trim out the windows to reduce dust, and vacuumed again leaving only minimal dust. They have that old school pride in doing it right.The siding crew (fascia and gutters) were also very professional and nice and went out of their way to ensure everything was installed correctly, and any rotted wood trim was replaced.We had one issue with one window sash and it is presently order to be replaced. They hold an industry leading 15 year warranty. If anything becomes an issue within the next 15 years, they come back to address it.The cost of the job was more than competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend Marshalls. The owners are locals to RI and take pride in customer satisfaction.My home is so much warmer with the new windows. I'm looking forward to my new heating bill. Construction practices and new materials have changed sine the house was build 32 years ago. Thank you Marshalls.

  Marshalls installed 2 sets of double hung mulled windows and an new kitchen window. I was concerned about the outside old aluminum siding but they did everything wonderfully. They were professional throughout the whole process. I met with ****, ***, **** and crew. They completed the job in 1 day as they forecasted and it was a very windy winter day. The new outside trim looks wonderful as well as the new inside molding and *****. I would highly recommend Marshalls.

  I had a small partial-replacement siding job and all the great people from Marshall treated me like their biggest customer (They have bigger jobs all over ***************.). Every step of the work they were polite and professional and I am completely satisfied with the installation.

  38 year old house needed some siding work done. Called a couple of companies and they wanted a fee to come and look. NOT Marshall Building and Remodeling. Met with their salesman ****. He was prompt, courteous and knew his stuff. He took some pictures and returned to his office. Evidently they have a computer program that maps your house. He returned about a week later with his proposal which included drawings of the finished project. My wife was not at home at the time so we rescheduled another visit which was not a problem with ****. I had told my wife the cost of what he proposed and we were both impressed. He returned and gave my wife the details. At that point, because of the price on the siding, we asked to add a new roof. He did that on the spot. Came back with a very reasonable number so we added a front door, sliding patio door and new kitchen window. He had all the pricing right then and there. We agreed to move forward. Major selling pointNO MONEY PAID UNTIL SATISFIED WITH COMPLETED JOB.First to be completed was the roof. Roofers were here at 8am and done by 3pm. Very professional crew, hard working and thoroughly cleaned up at the end.Next were the doors and the window. Crew again arrived about 8 and was finished by 2pm. Again very professional and hard working. Thoroughly cleaned up at the end.Finally the siding crew showed up led by ******. Marshall must have saved their best for last. These guys (and ******* wife) were here at 8 every day and worked until it got dark. Very meticulous and pleasant. Did an outstanding job. The last day they were here almost to 6pm wrapping up everything in the dark. ****** is the best.Marshall should be proud of his work ethic.Finally one last point. We did not change one thing from what **** proposed (color on roofing, style of doors and window, siding color) and it came out looking great. He knew exactly what we wanted.Thank you Marshall Building and Remodeling!!!!!!

  ***** and ************************************, ** EXCELLENT COMPANY!!!From our first encounter with ******************* to our final everything was exceptional. ******************* and his team did great work and had the job done in a timely manner. Our property was left clean when they were finished at the end of each day. The price was right on spot. Their office staff were very helpful when we had questions. We are totally thrilled with our new siding and the color we chose. We would recommend them to anyone

  The whole process from beginning just getting a quote to the finish product everything was perfect. The quality of costumer services match the quality of work marshall puts out i am 100% satisfied and will recommend this company to everyone and anyone thank you marshall and to your workers you did awesome

  Marshall Building & Remodeling did a fantastic job reroofing, installing skylight, and replacing gutters and downspouts on my house. I was given an estimate by ****** on October 19, 2023 (including pictures of the original leaking roof, leaking roof hatch, gutters, and downspouts) and the work was performed on Friday November 17, 2023. The roofing materials were delivered to the worksite on Thursday November 16, 2023. The work crew was led by *****, and they were all very hard working, well trained, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I was present at the worksite from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. on Friday November 17, 2023. The workers started at 7:30 A.M. and finished with final cleanup after 5:00 P.M., after it was dark (sunset was approx. 4:20 P.M.). The roof was first stripped, and a portion of the roof (approx. 9 feet x 12 feet) needed to have damaged plank boards replaced. **** delivered the necessary new planks and two new rafters to the site by approx. 11:00 A.M. on Friday November 17, 2023. A new deck was then added over the entire roof with 1/2" thick CDX plywood. They installed a new skylight to replace the existing leaking roof hatch. They then installed new fascia, gutters, and downspouts. They then installed roof underlayment membrane with drip edge, and then started installing shingles approx. 2:00 P.M. The shingle installation was completed approx. 4:30 P.M. ******** then cleaned up the entire area until well past 5:00 P.M., and left the work area neat and well picked up. The dumpster supplied by Marshall was removed on Tuesday November 21, 2023. It rained heavily on Wednesday November 22, 2023, and during the heavy rain there was no signs of roof leaks from inside the attic, and the downspouts all worked well. I would highly recommend Marshalls to perform any roofing work.
