  I just want to say how pleased I am with my new windows. Everyone I dealt with showed such patience and professionalism. And the crew was friendly yet focused and respectful. I will certainly recommend Marshall to anyone I know who needs work done. Keep up the great work!

  We are very impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, friendliness, and commitment the Marshall's employees have shown us. From giving us a fair price, to explaining how everything would be done, to working an awfully long day (including through a passing storm) to cleaning up afterwards, these people did not disappoint - they are wonderful and focused on doing a good job. And the roof looks fantastic! Thank you so much, everyone!!

  We were excited to hire MBR for a few reasons. We were assured a superior-quality installation with expert workmanship. We were told we would have contact with project managers who would be onsite to review details with the work crew. It sounded like our major project could be less stressful.This was, in part, our experience.We did not see or meet the project manager(s) until the walk-through inspection at the end of installation.The workmanship was lacking, and it took almost as much time to address the many issues as did the initial installation. A door that was not scheduled to be replaced was removed and put in the dumpster, and a new one installed. When the error was pointed out, the worker attempted to hang a broken door in its place. There were one-inch gaps under two newly hung doors, and the handles were not properly installed. The vinyl siding under a large window, which is level and square, remains crooked despite 2 attempts to fix. A gouged siding panel was left hung. Caulking jobs were rough and uneven, left to dry with dirt embedded, and incomplete around some windows. Our tv and internet wires were cut by a worker who confidently knew which wires we didn't need to rehang. As a result, we were without tv and internet for 48 hours. The worksite was not safely secured the night before a storm, with forecasted 40+mph winds and sub-zero temperatures. A tarp, which became a sail, was tucked under in a few places and a crowbar was used to hold down foam panels.Many of our concerns were fixed by complete reworking, or with patches. Instead of the predicted **** days to complete the job, it took 33. It felt chaotic. We have been honest and communicative with MBR about our experience, providing them details and photos as they requested.MBR represented themselves as an outstanding company that met our standards for quality of work, quality of product and communication. But they did not provide what they promised, "top notch experiences and superior work".

  Just wonderful! We just finished a huge remodel of our home and we couldnt be more delighted with the work done by Marshall. The companys been around for decades and its very easy to see why. Their attention to detail was first rate. Our project consisted of re-siding the entire home, replacing all wooden boards with PVC boards, installing two new storm doors, and replacing all external light fixtures. We were truly blessed to have ****** managing our project. He consistently surprised us by pointing out things that needed attention things that wed missed so that the finished project would be pleasing in its every detail. I found him to be a man of great personal integrity who managed our project as if he were working on his own home. The men who accomplished the work were outstanding as well. They are skilled professionals and were gentlemen in every way. They cleaned the job site after each days work and they treated our property with respect. Honestly, with the many horror stories weve heard about home repair scams, we feel that the Lord was watching over us when we found Marshall. It took us a long time to save up the money we needed for such extensive repairs and we worried that we might not get our moneys worth. After working with ****** and the Marshall team, we feel like we got a bargain! Yes, friend, integrity does still exist in business; weve just seen it with our own eyes. I dont know if you know this or not, but Marshall does not take ANY MONEY for a job until its completely finished. Think about that for a minute! To front the thousands of dollars necessary to complete a project before receiving a single dollar? It's obviously a bold move that can only be pulled off by a company that is absolutely confident that it can deliver the goods. They certainly did for us and were grateful to them for it! It goes without saying that my wife and I recommend this company without reservation.

  My wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience getting all new ****** windows installed by Marshall's. The salesman was likeable and not "pushy"; and went above and beyond explaining the product quality, availability, financing and scheduling. The gentleman who came out to measure for the windows was also a pleasure. When the windows were delivered, the three-man crew that installed them was fun to have around, worked like a well-oiled machine and cleaned as they went. They worked with a high-degree of integrity and knowledge. (24 windows were installed in a day and a half!) Being a retired contractor myself, I know quality work and workers when I see it...these guys were craftsmen. Our 100 y.o. home has never looked so good; and, our heating-oil bill has literally been cut in half!We'd recommend Marshall's Building and Remodeling in a heartbeat.Thank you for a great ********************************************* ** December 2022

  Very happy with this company! They installed new roof shingles and everyone I have dealt with along the way has been very helpful, making the whole process an easy one for me. Work was completed in a timely manner by a skilled crew with great work ethic using quality material. Looking forward to having more projects done in the spring.

  We are completely satisfied with Marshall Building Company. We had four new windows installed along with the house completely stripped of clap boards and shingles and new insulation board and siding installed. A new deck with roof over the deck was installed.My wife wanted to use three different colors along with a color change from white which was on the house for over 50 years. Any issues were quickly addressed and to our satisfaction. The quality of work was excellent by all the various tradesmen that were here. Everything came out perfect and we are completely satisfied we would recommend Marshall Building Company to everyone. I have already recommended to a friend who is currently working with the for a new siding installation and is completely satisfied with the recommendation.

  We hired Marshall for our complete home renovation. They replaced 13 windows, a new front door, and a new roof. They also stripped the siding off of the house, installed a zip insulation system, all new trim around every window, door, and corner, as well as siding. They finished it off with new gutters and downspouts. There are always hiccups with any project, but every time there was anything, it was addressed immediately and taken care of to our satisfaction. We are extremely satisfied and recommend them to anyone who wants high quality work done!
